Because of Melissa, we were able to get the dining places we requested and the after party we requested. We love her suggestion on hotel stay at Universal. It was perfect.Evebthough some of our requests werent available initially, she kept looking. On our own, we would have given up. The last minute, a spot became available and Melissa snagged it.
