Melissa helped to plan the perfect vacation. She worked with us to tailor our dining and ride reservations based on our preferences. Melissa even booked everything for us - it was so easy! Instead of sleeping on the ground like the other exhausted people we saw - we were high-fiving Goofy between rides!

I didn't expect the above and beyond service we received. Very informative and friendly. I always knew what to expect and when. I would highly recommend her.

Because of Melissa, we were able to get the dining places we requested and the after party we requested. We love her suggestion on hotel stay at Universal. It was perfect.Evebthough some of our requests werent available initially, she kept looking. On our own, we would have given up. The last minute, a spot became available and Melissa snagged it. We were so grateful.
