Always handy & friendly, working w/her is the good part. Volunteering at Run Disney Marathon at Disney World, I was surprised that not only have prices gone up, they don't even offer coffee anymore. Also before noon, they'd run out of food except for PBJ for our "free lunch" w/every 7hr shift. Some after me didn't even get that, no food left! Parks were beautiful as always, some C'mas décor still up & gorgeous. Sure miss when things weren't so generic tho, pens, stationery, annual passes, all look exactly the same. From booking our stay at the luxurious Grand Floridian to helping us organize our daily itinerary to best maximize our time at Walt Disney World, she made everything seem like a breeze. The good & bad at Dis World is something she wants to hear & learn. Mouse House has lots going for it, but some disappointments too. Her booking skills are super, her attitude a delight.

Anyone who has gone on vacation, particularly to Disney, know how exhausting and daunting it can be. The little details are always what get you. Working to Suzanne makes this process seamless. This is my second trip to Disney and I worked with her on both occasions. I've changed property several times, added people going, removed people, and last year we has changes to dining reservations while on vacation and Suzanne makes all these changes so easily that it didn't even cause a hiccup at all while on vacation. We'd worked w/ Suzanne two years ago on a Disney Cruise that went off wonderfully and reached back out to her in late Jan to plan an early spring Caribbean cruise for mom, dad and two young daughters. She got us whittled down to three good options but then my wife asked about any January dates (it was COLD here). Suzanne came up w/ a cruise out of Puerto Rico that was surprisingly available and a good bit cheaper than what we'd been looking at (recent hurricanes probably scared off some travelers). I found some good last minute airfares and Suzanne in 24hrs pulled all the Disney details together.
My wife and I aren't usually that spontaneous but knowing Suzanne would take all the Disney work off our hands made us comfortable going for it. We ended up seeing beautiful southern Caribbean islands like St Lucia and Aruba instead of the basic Cozumel trip we expected, we missed some snow back home and we came out a few dollars ahead.

We would not use any other agent to plan our Disney vacations!! Suzanne planned our Walt Disneyworld vacation (4 years ago) and our Disney cruise (last year), this was our first time for either. I completely trust Suzanne so we went with all the things she suggested to us. I know it sounds cliche but our trip to Disneyworld was magical. We have three children and I think my husband and I had as much fun as they did. The whole experience was amazing and so relaxing! As for our cruise, I don't even know how to put into words how amazing it was. The trip was over six months ago and two of my children still talk regularly to friends they met on the ship. My sixteen year old daughter talks everyday to a boy she met on the ship. He lives in Florida and we live in Ohio! We will be having Suzanne plan another cruise for us before my daughter turns eighteen next year so she can still go in the club for her age! It's overwhelming when you want to book a Disney cruise, and you don't know where to start. I was randomly connected to Suzanne when booking our first cruise; I was so pleased with her knowledge, patience and her follow up that I knew if we were to book again, it would only be through her. (We booked a second cruise with Suzanne two years later.) Suzanne took the time to answer all of my questions (and trust me, there were many!), and she also gave me things I would not have thought to consider. Old Key West is my least favorite Resort. To much time taking Buses everywhere. Should run more Internal Buses through the Resort Area. Very private & quiet. Housekeeping did nothing to our room on Monday. Do they not both with the day before you are to leave?? Was not happy with that. None of this has anything to do with Suzanne. She is Great.

This is our second trip that she has planned. As usual I did not have to do a thing. For a year she becomes my answer board. As we are getting on the bus the man at the hotel luggage who was not the best and probably about 18 told us that our grandsons light saber would have to be thrown away because we would not be able to get it on the plane. Our 9 year old had paid his own money and it was the only thing he brought back. I immediately called Suzanne and she gave me the answer I needed. As we got off the bus the information lady met us and assured us we would get that on board. Suzanne is wonderful!
