Working with Lindsey took all the stress out of planning our trip! It was a busy season leading up to our trip, and we didn’t have time to work on details. Thankfully, Lindsey handled it all! We basically packed and showed up… and had a BLAST! Also, Disney has a lot of new systems in pace that can be confusing and overwhelming. It was PRICELESS to have Lindsey as a resource to guide us through these systems with such knowledge and confidence. Every time we had a question, Lindsey had an answer, or quickly found an answer. This was a trip we will never forget.

Lindsey was AMAZING to work with in planning our first big family vacation to Orlando, Universal Studios. She took the time to research all our options including services for our special needs child along with providing a detailed comparison of all our options taking our interests and preferences into consideration throughout every step of the planning process. Lindsey stayed in touch throughout the process between planning, booking and arriving to our destination! We felt at ease on arrival realizing how prepared we were to tackle such huge parks with limited days and ever piece of advice in the booking stage was not only helpful but necessary to transition from each park and provide our family with a more organized and efficient plan for each day during our stay at Universal Studios to enjoy our family vacation!

Mrs. Hart set up our honeymoon trip to Cancun. As neither of us have ever visited that area we had no idea where to begin. We did little research and provided our thoughts to Mrs. Hart, and she helped book an absolutely amazing trip! We stayed in an all incusive resort for almost a week. Mrs. Hart informed us of any information we needed for the trip, always offered to answer any questions, and responded quickly. It was an absolute joy to have Mrs. Hart as an agent to book our trip. She was amazing, I highly recommend her for any of your travel needs or questions, and we plan to use her in the future!!

Lindsey helped make this the perfect family vacation. Lindsey gave the best advice on which parks to visit which day, recommended the best restaurants for us-including character meals, and was so very patient in helping me learn how to navigate the My Disney Experience app. When we figured out we would be able to arrive Disney a little early, Lindsey called the resort and managed to get us checked into our room for the week the night before-with just 2 hours notice! With Lindsey guiding me through the entire process of planning, we all agreed we were able to do everything we wanted during our time at Disney.

Lindsey was SUCH a pleasure to work with. She was happy to assist us when we were going back and forth between going to Disney or going on a Disney cruise. We ended up choosing to do a Disney cruise. Lindsey was a huge help. We were pretty clueless about how to plan Disney. Lindsey helped us understand all the lingo and got us all setup with the Disney app. We would have ever known how to use Genie Plus and would have completely missed 2 rides where you have signup for them at a certain of day and it’s a lottery system to get to ride. We referred back to the ride sheet she gave us multiple times a day in each park to plan what to ride next. Her strategy helped us ride all the big rides and avoid lines and crowds. Our party of 12 got to ride more rides than I ever thought possible. It was a wonderful trip! We would have missed out on a lot without Lindsey holding our hand.

Without Lindsey's help, we'd have never made it to Italy! She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the trip and helped us make decisions on where to go, where to stay, how to get around, what to see--everything that made the trip so special! I could not have asked for a better travel agent experience. Lindsey was easily available, organized, thorough and enthusiastic. I felt confident she had everything planned and prepared us for our trip. We experienced severe weather while on our trip and she worked to help adjust reservations and get refunds where possible. Excellent hotel and planning, we appreciate all of the information provided by Lindsey on things to do in the area including sites to see, info on Luaus etc. We considered a side trip to the main island (as well as date changes) and although we ultimately decided against both she was very responsive and helpful with the information and details we needed. We loved our trip and it will be a very significant family memory forever!

We would have been lost trying to plan and navigate our trip without Lindsey’s help. She explained all of the Disney lingo, taught us how to be sure to get to ride everything, had great dining suggestions (her picks were our favorite!), and made all of our dining reservations for us!
