It was great working with Daniela on this cruise trip to New England and Canada. The trip was enjoyable, and stress free. She brings a wealth of knowledge, and was very helpful in making this an awesome trip. She even helps with the little details. We ourselves had planned to make this trip in 2020, but the pandemic stopped our plans. I’m thankful that we let Daniela plan this trip. She helped us to avoid many headaches that we didn’t think about when planning our earlier trip. She sent reminders of when to check in with cruise line, what documents would be needed, and other helpful info on traveling. And with her and her family on the trip with us, we were able to learn many things about the cruise industry, and travel vacations in general, that we weren’t aware of.

Disney Senior Trip 2020/2021

We had the best experience with Daniela. Our vacation was originally scheduled for summer 2020. We had many changes due to Covid, family members changing plans, etc. She helped with all the necessary changes. She found the perfect place for us to stay and helped us make choices within our budget. A couple months after the trip, I received a bill from Disney and didn't know what it was for. I forwarded it to Daniela and she researched it for me and let me know tbe reason for it. I loved that she was took care of every detail and all I had to do was enjoy the vacation.

16th Birthday at Disney World
I contacted Daniela and told her my daughter would be 16 yrs old soon and I wanted a trip to Disney World to celebrate. Daniela was very professional and knowledgeable about everything regarding Disney. I love how she talked to us and was so helpful and personable it was like she was just as excited as we were to plan this amazing trip. With planning any trip there are always questions, and decisions that have to be made sometimes all the details can be overwhelming but Daniela always put us at ease with our wishes and her expertise it would all work out and would be one of the most magical trip of a lifetime. I have to say Daniela is one of the most important decisions we ever made she is definitely an expert and is absolutely the best person to plan a trip she is very detail oriented and such a pleasure to work with. My daughters 16th Birthday at Disney was absolutely amazing and rememberable and a complete success. I will definitely be using her to plan all my future trips.
