The communication would not have been more clear if she tried. At the end of the wedding planning, each guest was given the option to receive their travel documents via email or printed and mailed to their homes. We received both, and I cannot rave enough about the amount of work and detail Sydne goes into to make you, as the guest, feel special.

She is the queen of travel agents! From the moment we spoke and she booked our honeymoon in 2020, then to Las Vegas for my husbands 30th birthday to Mexico for the last 3 years, my girl Sydne is top notch.
She goes above and beyond for her clients. Prime example of us missing our flight , she helped us reschedule and get there with no worries.. during Covid! I called this woman at 6am and she answered….. ugh I don’t deserve her. This year for our third anniversary trip we wanted to stay one more day randomly. Sydne recently planned our honeymoon that we just got back from this April. We could not say enough great things about her. If we hadn’t booked our honeymoon through Those Who Wander, we would’ve had to deal with rebooking our cancelled flight, rebooking a missed flight due to airport troubles AND moving our resort reservation ourselves. My husband and I booked an all inclusive stay at Planet Hollywood- Cancun (Adult Scene) and it was FANTASTIC!
It was so easy working with Sydne & she helped us get exactly the type of trip we wanted on super short notice (2 weeks prior to when we wanted to be in Mexico)
We’ve never done an all inclusive, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to vacation without it again 😂
Food was awesome, super friendly staff. Had the right vibe we were looking for..beautiful beaches to relax on, but entertainment at night. (Also had a family side so it’s a great option for those with kids)

Sydne helped us plan our honeymoon twice (thanks Covid!). She made it SO easy and fun to pick and choose what we wanted - stress free!! We knew we wanted out of the country, all inclusive and on a beach - Sydne offered multiple suggestions and sent over many different resorts to choose from. She went back and forth with us about which room, how many nights, etc and got it all booked for us. She is extremely quick to respond to all questions. Before we traveled, she sent us a checklist and all our documents to be prepared to travel - SO HELPFUL when traveling internationally. Long story short, the day of our departure we missed our 6:30 am flight from MCI, I woke up in a complete panic, very frantic and was not sure what to do. I remembered she had given me her number if we needed anything throughout our journey down there. I called her at 6:30 am explained the situation and she was so calm, helpful and reassuring through a stressful situation. Thank GOD she was able to get us another flight at 11:00 am that same day. She contacted the airline, the resort and texted me throughout the whole time letting me know what was going on. I can not express my gratitude towards her enough in words! Our honeymoon was amazing, had an ocean view room and it was so fun and relaxing.

Sydne was absolutely wonderful planning our Honeymoon to Cancun. We loved our resort at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. This resort had it all from 7AM to 1AM. Perfect amount of relaxing & things to do at the resort. Very laid back & 5 Star experience. Sydne was on top of it when our flight got slightly delayed & had already updated our private transfer to the resort before I could even ask her! We loved having the swim up pool at this resort. Sydne was absolutely wonderful to work with. After planning a wedding I knew the last thing I wanted to do was also plan a honeymoon. (Flights, resorts, excursions, etc). I gave her a few places we were looking at and she handled the rest. Fun fact: Costa Rica wasn’t even on our list, but Sydne blew us away with her ideas and we quickly decided on Costa Rica being our honeymoon destination. We had last minute flight cancellations (the day before we were to fly out) and with all the Covid requirements, I had a ton of questions. We recently just got back from our honeymoon in Key West. We stayed at an AMAZING resort (Southernmost Beach Resort) which was in a great location, had multiple pools, several options for activities, and wonderful service. We had so much fun and it was completely stress free thanks to Sydne! She answered all my crazy questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend booking with Sydne enough.
