Brian was very helpful from the beginning stages of planning our trip, all the way through the very last day when we had last minute questions regarding our flight home. He listened to all of our ideas, and created an itinerary that incorporated everything my husband and I wanted to do. Brian even included suggestions for things to do, places to see, and restaurants in every city we visited. I'm glad we trusted Brian with our honeymoon. My wife & I had the most wonderful time in Ireland – lots of memories were made! Brian helped us tremendously! All the arrangements (hotels, car rental, tours) went as planned. Booking through him was easy and it made our lives so much easier. We were struggling to come up with an efficient itinerary and almost gave up, but thank goodness we reached out to Brian. He is extremely professional, patient, has great follow through and offered us plenty of options for our trip. Brian really took the time to understand our wants and needs and we felt taken care of from the beginning to the end of our trip. He provided us with a detailed itinerary which was accessible & easy to navigate. We avoided long wait times because of how prepared we were. We brought forward last minute changes and Brian was so fast at providing solutions. We are extremely happy with the level of care and services we were provided by Brian. It was the best way to celebrate our 10 years together. Thank you!!!

Long time dream vacation come true

Brian was very thorough and made sure not only was our hotel close to the tube for easy transportation to see the sites, but also the day before we left he booked us a hotel 1/2 block from the Heathrow express. He helps get the City pas for easy on and off the tube and Go London for our tours and sight seeing. He recommended a few sites to see and arranged our train trip to and from London to Sterling Scotland I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Amazing trip, Topnotch support and service

Couldn't have been happier with our choice to use Brian! I have never used a travel agent before, but it was so worth it! From the start Brian put together exactly the trip we where looking for which saved me so much time searching. But the most valuable part was when our flight was canceled due to weather Brian immediately took control and booked us other accommodations and was able to extend our rental car so we could relax and enjoy another day in Hawaii. Not to mention the hours he spent on the phone for us, to make sure we where all taken care of. Thank you Brian for making our vacation absolutely perfect!
