I have been in the travel industry for over 14 years and have been traveling my entire life. I have been on 25+ cruises and traveled to over 20 countries. Because of my love for traveling, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge about the travel industry first hand. I care about my clients and want to make sure that every vacation is the best that it can be!

Nicole was great to work with! She does a great job researching deals and finding great activities that we missed in our research. On our cruise through Haiti, Jamaica and Cozumel, she booked all of the shows and dinners on the ship and all of our adventures at each stop. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. It was our one year annivesary and honeymoon, and my husband and i wanted to do a cruise. As I researched about cruises, one big tip everyone did have was to get a Travel Agent especially if it is your first time. So I researched and found Nicole! She is the best! Answered all our questions, no matter how miniscule they were. She provided detailed, thorough explanations on pricing and what it covered. Went over her own experiences on cruises and did great recommendations for shows. My husband and I walked in on that cruise feeling like we knew what we were doing and it wasn't our first time, even though it was. Nicole helped us book our year end company cruise. We had over 75 rooms and around 200 employees travel. She helped with every aspect of the cruise, she even set up a spreadsheet with everyones booking information so I could see all of the room numbers, etc. and a group cocktail hour. We gave Nicole our destination and budget and she recommended the hotels and activities based on her past excursions. She was able to get us a better price than I expected and was very good at getting back to us with answers to our questions. We originally had booked a cruise but because of Covid it was cancelled. She got us our money back in a timely manner and we didn’t have to deal with the cruise ship customer service department which would’ve been a nightmare. Nicole took care of everything and we look forward to using her on a next adventure!

Nicole booked my trip to Italy and will be the only agent we use from now on! She was wonderful. She made sure to inquire about what type of trip we were looking for and what type of transportation we would be taking (a detail I’ve had many planners ignore). She also found us hidden gems that made us feel like locals. Our place is Rome was right in the Vatican City and the town we visited on the coast was an Italian vacation destination that many Americans do not visit. Very cool!
