Planning a family trip to Disney World can be a little overwhelming. Paul Sul helped make our travel plans, trip and vacation amazing!

Paul responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about Disney World, he has been there many times and has personal experiences to share.

Paul recommended Early Morning Magic for our family. He was absolutely right! We probably rode more rides in the hour and a half before the park opened, than we did all day. The breakfast that was included was great and an overall great experience.

Paul knew that FastPass selections and Character Dining filled up quickly and booked those for us as soon as he could.
He even gave the kids books, coloring books, character autograph books and other goodies to keep them busy on the car trip.

Paul was a great asset to our trip and made our vacation an experience we will never forget!

Paul followed up with my throughout my entire travel experience, from pre-booking, through booking the hotel and making fast pass and dining reservations, all the way through our trip, and until the end when we got home. He is absolutely the best travel agent I've ever worked with! He sent us extra goodies, which included my favorite which was the planned itinerary for each day. This had what rides to ride in which order as to not walk in circles at the parks. This was an unexpected goodie that I couldn't have done without! He has the insider tips on where to eat, which rides to ride, how to see the characters, and where to stand for the shows. Absolutely the best!

This is our family's second time working with Paul, and we had another amazing trip because of him. We had a huge group, but he was very attentive to needs and goals of the whole group as well as for each family. Last time (pre-COVID) with much younger children, Paul put our itinerary together to help us meet a lot of characters and get us to ride some of the more popular rides. This time with our children being older, we wanted to do more rides. Because we rode many rides that we hadn't rode on our first trip, this trip felt like a fresh new experience. Paul responds quickly to concerns or questions and was also timely and organized in helping us get everything ready for the trip. Highly, highly recommend!

Paul is my go-to agent for all things Disney! This is my third time booking and planning with him. This Disney cruise trip required more coordination with the bigger group size: 3 families (12 people total), but the booking went very smoothly. Paul found and booked 3 staterooms for us, where all the verandas opened up to each other. I didn't know this was an option, and that small detail that he thought of made our experience even better!
