I book individuals, groups, and destination weddings.
I have toured most of the destinations that I book in the Caribbean.
I have been to Europe many times in 2023 to learn as much as I can to better service my clients.
I have sailing on AmaWaterways river cruises.
I have also sailed on many Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruise ships.

I just want to do a huge shout out this this amazing woman, Kristen Jones Schirmer! A few days before my trip to Florida, I was connected with Kris. She helped me schedule my VIP tour, food, plus, coordinated my travel to and from the airport. I knew she was different when she confirmed I made it safe, and checked on me throughout my trip. I felt so thankful! Then, she helped me get three of some of the most precious people I know, to Disney, for a special little girl’s 5th birthday. All while in Jamaica! Kristen planned the perfect trip for my wife and I. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered perfectly. Everything was pefect on a vacation at 2 different resorts and hotels. Kristen had everydetail taken care of so my wife and I could really go all out and have fun. We didnt have anything that we werent aware of or expecting happen on our trip. Very well organized!

Kristen was an amazing resource for our needs. She is so informed about the aspects of a Disney vacation! Kristen was incredible to work from start to finish. She helped us navigate the complex reservation system for our trip to Disney World and went above and beyond to make sure we got the restaurant, hotel, park, and "magical extras" booked that we most wanted. Her dedication was incredible! She was up at midnight to book our requests the minute the 60-day window began, saving us that hassle and eliminating any potential disappointment. Her communication was extremely prompt and easy to understand. Disney has SO many logistical systems and integrated tech, the understanding of which is critical for having a good experience, and Kristen's emails helped explain exactly how to use the Disney app/website. In 2019 the TA who originally booked us on Anthem of the Seas in February 2020 passed away. We were assigned another TA who was an absolute mess and left us to fend for ourselves when many issues came up at the beginning of our cruise. As luck would have it Kris was on the same cruise as we were! She had posted where she would be and when she would be there to help anyone in need. So my husband and I went to meet her. Since then she has been my vacation super woman! I would never use anyone else but her and I have recommended her to anyone that I know who is planning a vacation. Including "tagging" her in Facebook groups!

The easiest experience possible. Team Schirmer did an absolutely wonderful job lining everything up for our vacation. From initially contacting her all through the process including suggesting the insurance and offering tips once we arrived at the resort. She also offered advice for traveling to and from the parks and once we had arrived at the parks also. I would definitely recommend Team Schirmer for all of your vacation needs. i never had one question that i had to wait for an answer for very prompt service indeed.

Kristen is extremely customer orientated with every step she takes to making each and every client's travel experience is a one of a life time trip. She takes the time with and treats each clients vacation/travel arrangements to meet their specific individual needs. Kristen goes out of her way to make sure each of her clients get the best possibly locations and prices including making sure to verify prices are the very best offered. Kristen made my families vacation a one of a life time event with helping to coordinate with my specific needs in selecting the best possible location, dates, prices and activities.
