My name is Alison Chambers and I own Neverland Adventure Guides, where we specialize in planning Disney vacations, as well as trips to Universal Studios. I have helped nearly 1,000 families from all over the U.S. plan their dream vacations and my services are free when you book your trip with me.
Nicknamed “my Disney GPS Lady” by one of my clients, my passion for taking the stress out of planning Disney vacations quickly eases the minds of my clients. They trust that I will handle every aspect of their adventure, down to the tiniest detail.
With a background in journalism, I realize that a large part of communication is listening, so I work tirelessly to listen to clients’ needs so I can help them realize their vision for the perfect vacation. And that means I don’t plan cookie-cutter trips. I craft each vacation with careful consideration, keeping in mind the ages and physical abilities of each member of the group.
My expansive knowledge of all things Disney includes traveling not only to Walt Disney World countless times, but also to Disneyland; on Disney Cruise Lines; to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii; and an Adventures by Disney trip to Costa Rica.

Alison was amazing scheduling our Disney Vacation for our Birthday Princess. We wanted our daughter’s birthday to be “The Best Day Ever!” We started the day in AWE as she laid her eyes on the Magic Kindom Castle for the very first time. Then we moved on to The Bippity Boppity Boutique, lunch at The Beast Castle, and her birthday dinner at Cinderella’s Table. Her birthday was definitely a day to remember. Alison had everything planned out from the time we arrived until the time we left!! She was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Alison was an outstanding travel agent. She listened to our wants and must haves very closely. She also was very flexible in letting our family do as much of the planning as we wanted, while she would be simultaneously looking for the more difficult reservations. Our trip to Disney World ended a day short when Hurricane Irma came through and we evacuated. Alison worked diligently to get a return on our last day that was left unused. Our experience with Alison could not have been better. We will use her again when we go in 2019. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to take our family to Disney World while our kids were still little (5 and 2) but I was super nervous about huge meltdowns in the park, overbooking ourselves, etc. Alison was an invaluable source of endless Disney information and walked along side us every step of planning. From choosing a hotel in proximity to parks to deciding which Fast Pass selections would serve us well each day, she made complicated choices simple. A Magical Experience

When initially researching for our first family trip to Disney, the amount of choices and options were so overwhelming. A friend gave me Alison's name, and I sent her an inquiry with my tentative dates of travel. Alison took the reigns from there. She provided detailed information, simplified options, and made our trip to Disney absolutely wonderful. From the parks to dining to entertainment, all of Alison's advise and recommendations were spot on. Normally after a trip my husband and I can't wait to get back to "home sweet home." But not this time! We both admitted to being a little sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer! Alison took the stress out of our trip, and we all had an absolutely magical time. I have already recommended her to several friends and family. As a business owner, I have found it to be proven advertisement when individuals are excited to recommend a company they were satisfied with. There have been no less than 20 plus people that I know from my community that react this way when describing their experience with Alison. She gives you your best options, an honest recommendation, and then allows you to make your selection with every aspect of the trip. You can be as hands on or hands off as you would like. Alison is the most reliable TA my family has ever found. We have utilized Alison's talents on 2 completed trips so far and she is in the process of planning our next trip coming up in 6 months. She has great communication skills and will notify you with plenty of time to book your ADRs and FP+. However she is also excellent at booking the special events as well. She will be on the phone with a CSR the morning your requested date comes up. But what sets her apart from other TA's you may ask? One word... Dedication. My family was staying on property during Hurricane Matthew in 2016. It was one of the few times in Disney's history that they closed the parks. Alison was in constant contact with us and on the phone with Disney. Her communication saved us from getting stuck on the interstate heading home with gas stations empty and hotels booked. I would not plan a WDW trip without Alison and will continue to recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Alison is the BEST Disney and Universal Studios Travel Agent! What makes her the BEST: 1). She is knowledgeable about all the parks, resorts, transportation, dining and she even equips you with amazing advice on "how to" pack for your trip! 2). She knows "how to" help you MAXIMIZE your vacation and stretch your budget! 3). She is accessible (even while you are on your trip) to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to or during your trip. I've booked a Disney trip in the past with a Travel Agent that did not "specialize" in Disney and Universal vacations. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th trips were booked with a Disney/Universal Specialist and the difference was like night and day! I would not book a DCL or WDW vacation without Alison! She has been such a valuable resource to my family and has booked at least 17 trips for us. Her insight, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are obvious from day one. She takes the stress out of the planning, leaving you with just the fun! If you need her in the middle of your trip, she is always there. We actually got stuck at WDW in 2016 during hurricane Matthew and was in contact with us throughout the ordeal, helping us extend our stay until the storm passed and making sure we were taken care of until made it home safely. Our most recent trip was a DCL cruise on the Dream. But we have booked a total of 4 cruises with her, along with the other 13 WDW trips. Alison went above and beyond to make our Disney Vacation for a multi-family trip of 10 people smooth and fabulous during the busiest week of the year! Her recommendations for FastPass rides, hotel and Club Level experience were spot on. We engaged her a year in advance and she provided comps for various hotel experiences and price levels which helped us hone in our decision. She also made ride and restaurant recommendations and booked all of our fast passes in advance which was a huge help. a few weeks leading up to our trip she sent a package relaying all important info, Magical Express tickets, luggage tags, and a thoughtful complimentary gift. Everything was well explained and she remained available via email/phone for any follow-up questions leading right up to our trip. My in-laws who were paying for the trip could not have been more pleased.

I've known Alison for years ... first as a coworker at the Democrat-Gazette and then as a real estate agent when she helped us buy our house! When my friend and I wanted to go on a Disney cruise, it was a no-brainer to use Alison as our Disney Travel Agent! She is VERY meticulous, organized, professional and loves all things Disney! When we didn't want to wake up in the early morning six months in advance to make reservations at the California Grill ... she was on the phone first thing! She worked so hard to ensure our trip was a success - planned hotel stay, reservations at restaurants, booked fast pass rides, and all while informing us on the many Disney options. She took the overwhelming task of planning out of my hands, and I can't thank her enough! We will most definitely use Alison on our next Disney trip. It was a smooth (even with Hurricane Matthew) and stress free trip all because of her!

Alison did an AMAZING job planning our Walt Disney World vacation!!! Seriously, there is no reason to try to plan this yourself-this place is a huge machine and Alison takes care of every detail to make sure you have a successful experience! Having never been to Disney myself, I wanted to make sure our kids had the best trip possible and Alison made sure we did. From accommodations to transportation to FastPass and other reservations - we were all set! Thank you Alison for making this a vacation we will never forget! Alison was wonderful! She organized our Disney cruise. Everything was flawless. We even flew into a different airport than she anticipated, but she was still able to arrange wonderful transportation to and from the ship. Our rooms were just as we requested - we had 3. We requested they connect and be on the balcony. She answered all our questions. Told us at the appropriate time when we should make reservations. Just wonderful to work with!

Alison is an expert on all things Disney. For four years she has helped me plan Disney trips, and each of them has been topnotch. I am a senior citizen traveling with a child (now aged 11).
