Eustacia is the best... easy to work with, accommodating, and listens to what you are thinking about for your family vacation! I honestly was somewhat dreading taking the kids to Disney (lines, crowds of people, etc.) - but we ALL ended up loving it and having a great time. It was a perfect balance between nostaglia for the parents and new discoveries with the kids. Eustacia helped us understand the different options available to try to avoid the long lines and make the most of the few days that we had there.

We planned it as a surprise for the kids and Eustacia was great at working with us on that (plus we arrived on my son's birthday and Eustacia made sure there was a special surprise for him)!

Greetings, senior travelers. I am someone who loves being with people, seeing new places and enjoying new experiences. 25 years ago I was able to go on a mission trip to Malawi, Africa. Now we are retired with time to travel. But, being in the 70’s age range of our life, we find our minds and bodies are not in the 20’s to 60’s mode any more. From start to finish, Eustacia guided us in planning each step of our very first Viking river cruise. Working with Eustacia was the best decision we made for our trip to Disney World! This was not our first time there, but with all the changes due to the pandemic and Disney's new Genie+ system, having Eustacia's knowledge and expertise were key to navigating everything successfully and stress-free. Eustacia is very organized and on top of every detail. She persevered through long Disney call hold times over multiple days (due to the holiday high volume) and got us the special packages we wanted. She also gave us key tips beforehand so that things we couldn't book in advance, we were able to book at the parks. While I'm not generally daunted by trip planning, the first few chapters of the Unofficial Guide to Disney completely stressed me out. It was clear that Disney was an experience that could either be wonderful (with lots of research and planning) or involve tons of waiting in lines. I received a recommendation from a coworker to call Eustacia, and I am so glad I did. She handled the finicky reservation system, understood just what we needed in hotels and restaurants (meals for ten people are tough!), and had tons of tips and tricks to make things easy.
