Destination wedding

We have worked with Jennifer multiple times in the past few years, the most recent time being for our destination wedding. Over the past 8 or so months, she has been a crucial part of our planning process. Patience and perfection wrapped up in one beautiful woman! My husband and I wanted to travel to St Thomas and asked Jennifer for recommendations. She provided several options and patiently answered our questions and concerns. We ended up with a perfect stress free vacation. The return flight was a connection (that we requested) and of course due to weather delays we missed the connection flight, Jennifer answered our call on a late Saturday night and found us accommodations near the airport and rescheduled our flight for the next morning while several hundred stranded passengers stood in line to do this themselves. I have planned many vacations with Jennifer Schaller and she has always knocked it out of the park! I recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Above & Beyond Our Expectations

My boyfriend and I contacted Jennifer less than a month before our trip to Bali. Up to that point, we have only booked our round trip flights so we were desperate for help! She was very mindful of our budget and paid close attention to what we wanted out of our trip which was a mixture of relaxation and adventure! Not only did she go under our budget, but she was even able to get us amazing deals. After listening to what our ideal style of resorts, she contacted us with several options of places to stay and was very transparent on how much everything was going to cost us. All the accommodations she booked for us was exactly what we wanted!Day before our trip to Bali, I tried contacting our first resort to book massage appointments without success. I then contacted Jennifer to see if she can book massage appointments and she was able to confirm reservations that worked out perfectly with our itinerary. Jeniffer is truly amazing!

Jen was excellent. From the start of us planning my wife and I were already stressed dealing with our family and searching and booking hotels, restaurants, outings, etc. was not something know how to do as well as didn't have time to doing so. She handled EVERYTHING. Also, knowing that we used a professional, we were always comfortable knowing that she was able to not only be there if anything went wrong but also was extremely helpful with the organizing our trip. We had a situation where we had to switch hotels and instead of us panicking, we simply reached out to Jen, she handled it all, and we were able to enjoy not having to stress. It made our trip and stay very enjoyable. We have a large trip to Japan that we are planning in a few years for our 10 year anniversary, and she will be the one I reach out for sure! As well as one of our friends who travels often couldn't say enough about Jen and her professionalism and will be calling upon her services soon. Thank you very much Jen.

Jennifer helped me book a trip for my family to Cabo San Lucas. Besides booking our hotel rooms, she helped me arrange affordable third party transportation to and from the airport and worked directly with the concierge at the hotel to arrange restaurant reservations and inter-resort transfers for my family and I. Travelling with a baby was challenging, but Jennifer made the actual planning of the trip easy. She listened to all my requests, offered me suggestions and got me all the info I needed. When first booking hotels, she was very patient with my indecisiveness and in the end we were able to pick a place I was very happy with. Jennifer was an ABSOLUTE PRO. She navigated the travel restrictions and requirements and made choosing another location soo easy. Costa Rica ended up being incredible and honestly a better destination than our original. Jennifer has been instrumental in 2 trips we have been on this year and a third that we have planned for the fall. She doesnt just know a location, she knows the location within the location and all of the fine details are thought through. Her level of follow through is quite impressive. When our flight was delayed almost all day for a trip, unbenounced to us, she was feverishly working in the background the second the flight was delayed, not only to potentially rebook on another airline or location, getting us vouchers for the tiem, but on the phone adjusting our itinerary for when we were going to land. On our latest trip she went the extra effort to take care of the credits that were absent on our bill and have that discussion with the hotel on our behalf. For the latest trip that we are planning, she has been nothing short of amazing in her thoroughness with the quotes that are equally very quick to be returned (even when running her in multiple directions). She's amazing!

Jennifer is wonderful. She was patient, provided many options, and was extremely timely and prompt to ensure we received the best options at the best rates. We booked a tour of Pearl Harbor, a Luau, and a helicopter tour in Maui. Plus got to stay at luxury hotels, all with Jennifer's help! Jennifer sought to understand our interests for our trip to France and Italy, and then she created an itinerary that was perfect. She was incredibly knowledgeable about our destinations of interest, including the hotels, restaurants, and points of interest. Additionally, our detailed logistics between multiple destinations across France and Italy were planned and executed flawlessly. Thanks to Jennifer, our trip was amazing, and stress free. We would have been completely overwhelmed if we tried to plan this trip without her help, and it wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable.

I have booked several vacations with Jennifer and will do so again in the future. She takes all the stress out of planning a vacation and makes the whole process a dream. I really appreciate the large selection of options and her expert opinion on each resort. I can’t imagine planning a vacation without her!

Jennifer is THE BEST!!! She helped plan a very complex two week European custom tour for four, and every travel arrangement, hotel, flight, train and tour worked like clockwork and was amazing! Jennifer provides great guidance and is always available when you need her. BTW: she's in Chicago and we're in Texas. Doesn't matter where you live: use Jennifer for your travel needs. Period.

My whole family has used Jennifer Schaller as our amazing travel agent for over 20 years – for business, personal and family vacation trips. I would not go anywhere without her! Jennifer is incredibly responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and supportive above and beyond expectations every step of the way. People can book travel online but it is so much easier with Jennifer–and you get much more support. What happens when something goes wrong – like a delayed or cancelled flight with few options, dealing with refunds, etc. Jennifer has found solutions to so many problems. One time my flight to Europe was delayed 5 hours –she was on the phone with me every half hour to track status and help me re-book my connecting flights. She has planned great family vacations for us – one to Mexico at a better price than Expedia. Who knows what you get with vendors you find online? As I said, we would not go anywhere without Jennifer. I highly recommend her to everyone! (And I am hard to please.)
