Excellent Europe Trip

Heather was awesome. She took care of the details and we were free to enjoy a fantastic trip. She provided suggestions and helpful info for travel insurance, attractions to visit, tours, and more. And communications were excellent. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and we were updated frequently on the status of hotels, flights, train schedules and costs. Not to mention, she saved us money versus trying to book everything ourselves.

Beautiful trip to Sedona

Heather recently hooked us up with a stay at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. Her efforts to seek out the best price and attention to detail are greatly appreciated. She is willing to answer any questions about your destination prior to the trip. If she doesn't know the answer off the top of her head, she will make the effort to find out ensuring you get the most accurate and up to date answer. A few days before we were set to fly out, Heather emailed us all of our confirmation numbers so they were easily accessible and in one place. This extra effort on her part made checking into the hotel a smooth and easy process for us. My husband and I are slowly getting our travel legs back post pandemic and we are already dreaming and scheming of some overseas adventures. Anniversary Nerdventure to Colonial Williamsburg

Heather planned our 10 year anniversary trip to Colonial Williamsburg, and it was amazing! We both work and we have a young child and a side business, so finding time to plan this trip ourselves was out of the question. Heather took all the pressure off, and even found us an absolute *gem* of a B&B to stay in! She found all kinds of things to do, and all I had to do was say yes or no. She did the rest, and she even helped us cobble together a food tour when the one we had booked with her fell through (stupid pandemic). Absolutely would use Heather's agency again for our next (hopefully international?) nerdventure.

Great experience and wonderful trip

Heather did a fantastic job getting an eight day tour of Ireland plus a couple extra days in Dublin planned for me. She kept me informed thru out the entire process from the deposit to final payment time. She also sent me info about the upcoming weather for Ireland the week before which helped greatly in what kind of clothing to pack. I really enjoyed the sheep dog experience, the Titanic exhibit and the Cliffs of Moher. All the hotels that we stayed in were wonderful and had great rooms and great food and service. This was a trip of a lifetime and I didn't have to worry about anything. Heather goes above and beyond her job requirements and you should seriously consider using her to plan your next trip. You won't be disappointed.

Great relaxing trip

Was great from the beginning to the end. I told her what I wanted and she took it from there. Asked questions to make sure she had everything that I wanted. Not only did she book my cruise but also my flights as well as hotel and ground transportation. Sent updates on the progress of the trip and reminders when I needed to make sure that I did something on my end.

Sports Nerd Adventure

I asked her if she could find me a trip that would get me in to see a Chicago Cubs game in Chicago. She immediately went to work to find me a sports package for this. Not only did she help to set this part of the trip up, but also notified me of a chance to go see a Green Bay Packer game at Lambeau Field while I was up in Wisconsin. This trip not only provided a great trip to and from the airport in Chicago, a nice hotel, a chance to walk the Magnificent Mile, and go up into the Hancock Building and take part in the Tilt Experience, but a tremendous tour of Wrigley Field and to see a Cubs game, and we were within walking distance of the Navy Pier that we could enjoy on a weekend trip. Then last but not least was a chance to go to a Green Bay Packer game on a Thursday night and be among so many cheese heads. Check out Heather to get your next special adventure planned. Amazing Experience from start to finish

Heather was great to work with! She was able to put together the perfect travel package for us! We just did North island of New Zealand. We had 0 issues and when we had a question we contact both her and the place we had a question with; she got back to us and they did not. Which was fine we were not upset but Heather gave us information to do an emergency contact if we wanted.

It was a joy to have someone so knowledgeable about where to stay, giving us a variety of excursions that we didn't know about in our search for excursions and having everything confirmed before we left on our road trip. Heather gave us many tips on excursions we didn't know about. The Salt Lake City Tour was a tour we wanted to do, and we couldn't find such a tour and Heather found us the tour of the city. Hawaiian Cruise

Called her and told her where my friend and I wanted to go and she took it from there. She did all of the bookings for our cruise, excursions, help to set up an app for LYFT and for getting our remote covid tests. (She sent detailed steps for this process and it was a piece of cake when we did the tests.) She was very prompt in answering any of our questions and always sent receipts as soon as payments were made. She was readily available via phone and email from the start of our planning to our returning home. You could tell that she really enjoyed her job and it showed in her pleasant way of dealing with us. I would recommend her to you if and when you are planning your next trip. Awesome job, Heather. Awesome road trip

While trying to plan a road trip to several national parks in Arizona, Utah and Wyoming I was becoming overwhelmed as I didn't know the area and did not know where to stay. We turned to Heather, and it was the best decision we could have made. She gave us 3-4 options for hotels in each town we were staying and also presented selections for optional excursions. Great Cruise on Carnival Magic

Heather was very knowledgable about the difficulties that come with international travel. There were 3 of us, and we all wanted the cheapest, most direct flight possible as early as possible as to try and keep our costs down. She let us know upfront about how finicky plane ticket prices were and let us know as soon as she had access to flight information. Thanks to her we were able to travel round trip to Japan for a little under $1,300, which freed up money for additional experiences like private hot springs and ninja training.She also made sure that we had the correct amount of travel insurance and helped to coordinate our meetup for our international flight (we were all coming from different states to JFK). We, as travelers, liked to wander and so we didn't book specific tours, but we were given names and places of attractions that helped to vary our experiences. Overall 10/10 will recommend. (Technically I already have!)

Wonderful whirlwind tour

Melvin’s travel adventures helped us set up our trip to Spain. They got us first class transports to airports and train stations. First class high speed rail tickets. They were fantastic!

Fun tour of Ireland

Heather is amazing! With knowledge of our budget and our interests, Heather provided us with choices that fit us perfectly. She updated us any time the airlines changed it's schedule. The location of our hotel allowed us to walk to several places: MoMA, Times Square, and Central Park to name a few. We had an amazing time in NYC!
