Niki was a God-sent! We struggled to plan our honeymoon, even before Covid happened. When it did, she went above and beyond to help us reschedule and even upgraded our trip. She spent countless hours on the phone with airlines and resorts to make sure we were taken care of. She saved us so much time and stress. I have nothing but positive things to say. Niki was such a huge help, and we are so grateful we found her. She answered every single one of our questions, made sure we were always on top of changing government regulations with Covid, and gave us all the travel tips! We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was working with Niki! She made sure she was available at all times to help answer any questions we may have (I had A LOT of questions lol) and even talked me through some concerns I was having with travel with my work. She sent us all the small details of everything we would need on our travel and what to expect and we had no issues! Honeymoon to Hawaii

It was great working with Niki! She made it easy to plan our dream honeymoon. I had a lot of disjointed ideas of what we wanted, and she took a few key elements and gave us exactly what we asked for. She was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process, and she gave me her honest thoughts on everything. Just before we left for our trip, she touched base to answer all my questions. She contacted me during our travel to our destination, and she responded very quickly when I asked for her help with clarifying our travel back home. I wanted to book our honeymoon through a travel agent because I was so overwhelmed with wedding planning stuff. I had heard about Niki on a Facebook wedding group and contacted her. It was the best decision everrr! She made the entire process so easy and took care of everything for us, including rescheduling the entire trip because of covid! I would have gone crazy without her help. She went above and beyond to find us several resorts in our budget that had all the specifics we wanted. She is the best in the business! She stayed within our price range and accommodated us in our trip shopping experience in every way. I would email her or message her many times, about random questions I had regarding the locations, services ect and she was always responded quickly. She is a travel agent who does actually travel to the locations she specializes in, thus she has become extremely knowledgeable to better serve her clients. There are not enough stars to give her on the rating scale!

Niki was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We originally were working with another travel agent, but we were getting nowhere. In my first contact with Niki, I told her what we hoped we could do for our honeymoon and our budget, and she gave us multiple options of how we could make it work! We had a perfect honeymoon in the Bahamas, and we had no surprises. We were told exactly what to expect and prepare for, and that is exactly what we received. She was always available and prompt with responses to any questions we had before and after booking our trip. I will definitely use Niki for all of my future travels!

I wanted to take my daughter on our first big vacation. I knew I wanted a beach, but wasn’t sure what my options even were. Niki was such a big help with everything. From helping me decide where to go to setting everything up for us to get there. I’m very indecisive and she helped me pick and choose everything we wanted to do and scheduled it for me. I loved not having to do anything but pack up and go!! Can’t wait to do it again!! She truly does an amazing job and I will use her for trips in the future!

Niki was incredible to work with. She took time to find out our biggest wish list items for our honeymoon and we decided on St Lucia. The island was absolutely beautiful and she took care of everything from booking cars to creating a detailed itinerary with flights. Our honeymoon was great because of her! I never leave reviews on anything but Niki was amazing to work with so I had to leave a review! We couldn't have had a better experience working with her. From the beginning when we first talked to immediately after the trip, she was there to help and answer any questions we had. She helped us find our dream honeymoon spot and handled everything! When I say everything, I mean it! I didn't do a single thing. The best part about working with Niki was the timely communication, answered any questions we had throughout the whole process, and that she listened to what WE wanted. She got us the honeymoon package at our resort and that in itself was the cherry on top! I feel in debt to her for how amazing she made the process and helped my husband and I kickstart the rest of our lives together. If you don't use Niki for your travel needs, you are doing it all wrong!

Nikita is amazing! My wife and I pursued booking our honeymoon with her during the Covid-19 pandemic, and unfortunately our honeymoon got cancelled. After Niki planned and rescheduled our honeymoon not once, but twice (with a happy, gracious attitude), we were able to go on the sweetest honeymoon we could have imagined. Niki is an amazing agent because she is a great communicator, very kind, very hard working, and she truly wants the best for her guests.
