Efficient and personable; she takes the time to get to know your needs, likes and dislikes and checks every step of the process with you. Set up a local guide to pick up at airport with a half day orientation tour, then on our own at each location.

The experience and professionalism of Joy can not be beat! She went above and beyond to help me book a trip of my life time. After looking at trips online and trying to figure out all the details, I decided to give Joy a call. After one day she emailed me the itinerary for my trip and the cost was lower than what I had found online. We added trip insurance and we were set.
