Pure perfection! Valerie was the first travel agent we've engaged with for a trip and we could not have been more pleased. From the initial land/cruise tour booking to excursion choices to onboard experiences, she was there every step of the way keeping us informed and answering questions. (Valerie has the patience of a Saint when it comes to answering questions, and I had plenty!) She is not only professional, but friendly and compassionate to your needs. I was able to witness this first-hand when a family member in our party had a medical emergency. Her immediate response and communication between Princess and the family was not only impressive, but very reassuring to everyone involved. Overall, an excellent experience. The perfect honeymoon

Costa Rica

We originally had a trip planned for Europe of May of 2020, due to COVID we had to cancel, I was so happy to have Valerie to take care of all of that. Then we planned a trip to Costa Rica a few months ago with our voucher. So with all the plans changing and switching Valerie was there to help and do everything. She answered every question I had throughout it all and I am very grateful!

Great Bahamas Cruise Because of this TA

Best Travel Agent

The issue is not whether you should use a travel agent, but rather WHICH ONE.

I’ve used many but have never used one more than once…until now!

There are 3 things you want from a travel agent. Accuracy of information, knowledge of the industry, and responsiveness. With Valerie you get all three…and you get it consistently!

She’s quick…you won’t be waiting around not knowing when (or if) she will get back to you. Valerie travels these same destinations and knows what she is talking about. She learns your tastes and will be able to steer you clear of things she knows you won’t like. She will get you the best bang for your buck, where you may mistakenly book a substandard property…or even cruise ship…if you do it yourself.

I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valerie!

First Solo Trip

Valeria ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. She was always available to assist when we had questions/concerns and made sure all our ducks were in a row for out flight and cruise. Valerie was great. She help me create a fun and exciting itinerary for our Alaska trip without all of the headache. I was extremely overwhelmed and she was able to take control and make sure we were taken care of completely. Certainly one of the best TAs I’ve ever worked with.
