Sarah was incredible to work with! She is very knowledgable, and made it very easy to plan for our Disney trip.

There are SO many aspects/challenges to our trip it will be hard to relate all of the efforts that Sarah put forth to insure our family had a once in a life time experience.
Sarah's efforts began in late summer 2019 and as a result of the pandemic she scheduled our trip to Disney World 3 times.
She booked the original schedule in April 2020.
When COVID-19 struck and we entered into "3 weeks to flatten the curve", Disney World modified their operations and put into place restrictions and some incentives to keep people from abandoning their plans. Sarah rebooked our vacation in accordance with the new plan (booking #2). Before we could take our trip, Disney World shut down entirely and Sarah rebooked our vacation for the 3rd time!! We finally made our trip a year late (April 2021) and from the time we landed until we took off from Orlando the trip was flawless. We give our strongest endorsement of Sarah and plan to use her again when we plan our next trip.

Sarah is the absolute best! She is extremely knowledgeable. She was instrumental in making our trip run smoothly. Her tips were useful and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Even through all the Covid shutdowns and changes, she made us feel like we were her top priority. Her high level of customer service is unmatched! I am ready to plan another vacation with Sarah!

Sarah made our family vacation happen with so little worry. She talked to us to find out the things that were most important to us and made sure they happened. When at the last minute I needed an extra night stay (for 12 people) she worked with the hotel to arrange it. I thought it would be so difficult to arrange everything to take 12 people but Sarah arranged everything.

When the hotel had a small problem with the "family room" we had reserved (not Sarah's fault), Sarah called the hotel directly while we went to the beach and by the time we came back they had resolved the issue. We ended up with 2 adjoining rooms in their exclusive Ali'i tower. We also had a good experience with the car rental she did for us, while everyone else was negotiating and the rental agents were scrambling to find a car, we already had ours ready for us and waiting.
