I’ve been working with Melissa for years & she always exceeds my expectations, whether the trip is as complicated as a 2-week tour of India, or as simple as 2 nights in NYC. This trip was me & my husband’s first with our 1-year-old, challenging because of our specific needs for the baby & because of the complicated & fast-changing travel restrictions due to Covid. After finding the perfect location, our trip was derailed by a volcanic eruption 1 week before we were set to travel. In 1 day Melissa booked us an entirely new trip in a new location so we could keep our travel dates. She found us cheaper airfare to the new location & stayed with the same resort chain which had our dream room! Our trip was amazing, & although it wasn’t our first choice for a destination we had a great time & wouldn’t have changed a thing. We will absolutely continue to work with Melissa on future trips. She’s always able to translate our specific (& sometimes outlandish!) wish lists into the perfect trip.
