My name is Jana McDonald and I have been a travel agent for about a six years now. While this may not seem like a long time, what I do believe helps me be an effective travel agent is my 25+ years in customer service. My passion has always been helping others to the best of my abilities. I booked a surprise vacay for my fiancé to The Hard rock Rivera maya resort through Jana . This trip was our second trip booked through her both were amazing. Jana is super attentive and finds multiple options to choose from that best fit your budget. Jana helped us from start to finish navigate our trip.Times are weird now due to Covid. She kept us updated on all changes made so that we could enjoy a stress free travel . We are booking Christmas for the entire family through Jana and more here soon .

Working with Jana was a great experience for my family's international vacation. Traveling during these stressful times with differing Covid protocols, Jana was always available and responsive with the latest updates, and answers to any questions we had. Keep in mind she was the point of contact for everyone so I know she received tons of calls. Our family flew from two different cities and various airlines and she coordinated everything perfectly. We had a wonderful time in Cancun at the Beloved Playa Mujeres Hotel and Spa! This is the third trip that Jana has helped me with, and as always, she was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. I especially appreciated her suggestion of using the business lounge in the Cancun airport for our return flight. I had never used one of these lounges before, but I will from now on. It was so nice to sit in a quiet(er) area, have some food and drinks, and relax on comfortable furniture while waiting for our flight, especially considering our flight was delayed. Jana is quick to reply to emails and texts, and I always appreciate her hard work and recommendations. I can't wait to plan my next vacation with Jana!

Jana is extremely knowledgeable. She booked a trip for us to Sandals - Grande Antigua and it was magnificent. She stayed in constant contact throughout the booking process and during the trip itself. Jana from Aggieland Travel was amazing! Even though we were pretty picky about our destination and accommodations, she pulled everything together beautifully. She even helped us out during the trip when we had some unexpected flight delays that caused us to arrive later than expected. On the fly she reached out to the shuttle company and made sure our transportation from the airport to the resort was ready when we arrived(with cocktails on board). I can't say enough good things about Jana and I highly recommend using her services for any vacations, I know we will be reaching out to her soon to book our next adventure!

Jana with Aggieland Travel helped my husband plan a wonderful surprise vacation for my 40th Birthday!! Jana made sure every detail was taken care of including private transportation to and from the airport and all Covid related things. This was my children's first time to travel internationally and Jana made sure my husband had everything taken care of! She helped him pick a family friendly resort that adults and kids would enjoy equally. Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana was perfect!! Thanks, for helping my husband pull off the best Birthday EVER!! Cancun Honeymoon

Jana was fantastic. We celebrated our honeymoon in Cancun. From the beginning Jana was helpful and had many good suggestions. She helped us book our flights, resorts and transfers. While we were there, she was always only a text away, and even reached out to check how our stay was going. Due to transfer services getting busy, our final transfer put us at the airport 4ish hours before the departure, but Jana was there again with suggestions for business class lounges to make the wait more enjoyable. Again, Jana was amazing. We have already asked her to book our next stay in Dec. and plan on using her services many more times in the future.

Jana was great! She helped plan me and my now husbands honeymoon. She was very knowledgeable about the Dominican Republic and gave us many recourses and recommendations prior to going. She even checked in on us when our flight got delayed & eventually cancelled. She kept her phone nearby and responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific time! Jana helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon to Turks and Caicos. We are both full time students and it was our first time using a travel agent. I cannot recommend enough! Jana was quick to respond to every email and even offered her personal cell number while we were traveling in case any issues came up. Jana is awesome! This was the first time my wife and I have ever used a travel agent for vacation. After reading online reviews, we picked Aggieland Travel and glad we did. Anytime we had a question, Jana responded. She took care of our booking and made sure we had completed all international travel requirements prior to departure. Our family was looking to schedule a vacation on short notice and found Aggieland Travel, specifically Jana, totally on accident and I am so happy that we did. She is wonderful! Jana scheduled our all-inclusive vacation very quickly and provided guidance every step of the way. Upon our actual arrival to the resort, we experienced a multitude of location-specific issues none of which were a result of anything she did or did not do. Through the entire vacation, she kept in touch with us constantly and was able to offer updates very often to meet our requests. She's very trustworthy and makes it her goal to make sure you are pleased with your entire experience from beginning to end. She’s phenomenal!

Jana helped me with my travel plans for a wedding in Cancun, Mexico in July 2023. Jana was kind and timely in all responses throughout the process. Was knowledgeable and seemed to have all the answers to my questions/issues rather quickly. Jana most importantly helped me remember to pay for my hotel on time, on multiple occasions lol.I’d recommend Jana to others and if I get a chance I would use Aggieland Travel again.
