Lori books ALL of our Disney Cruises. We do not hesitate in contacting her for our trips. She is very professional and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. It is comforting to know she will always be available to us. It often seems she is just waiting for our call to book another cruise. Using Lori as our TA totally eliminates our need to wait on hold for Disney to respond. Whenever we need to book another new cruise, she always remembers our preferences. If we make changes before our cruise, she will work directly with Disney to make our changes happen. With our consent she will make all payments as needed directly to Disney.
