I’d give him more stars if it was possible. Ted has the unusual combination of being detail oriented as well as an easy going unflappable personality. The best travel pro we have worked with in years! On our AmaWatwrways cruise from Amsterdam to Basel Switzerland everything was about as perfect as possible. We had a wonderful cruise manager who ensured everyone had an amazing experience! And the food was like eating in a five star restaurant every night.

Great Adventure Down Under

Ted was very responsive to our requests for a trip to New Zealand and Australia that included 8 flights, a car rental, and numerous hotels. The itinerary packet we received from Ted before we left was comprehensive and invaluable to make our adventure run smoothly. Everything went off without a hitch which is unusual with a complicated trip so far away from home. New Zealand is stunningly beautiful and our Australian visit included adventurous scuba diving and a home visit in the Outback. Ted helped us make it happen.

A Well-Planned Trip

Ted helped my family of four squeeze in as much as possible on a 8-day trip to Italy to attend a wedding. Before the festivities, we wanted to do as much as we could. Can we do Rome and Florence in 3 1/2 days and still have fun? Yes! Can we throw in Pompeii, a foodie tour, and a day of rest? Yes! Ted gave us an itinerary that was easy to traverse but packed with fun, hooked us up with a couple of great guides, and gave us good advice on catching a red-eye flight out of Naples. Everything went according to plan. When the time comes to travel abroad again, we will ask Ted for guidance.

The Trip of a Lifetime, that Exceeded our Expectat

Our trip was amazing. Ted planned everything and it all worked perfectly and with little stress, as we were alone in Normandy with a rental car. Ted gave us a list of places that we could visit and we hit as many as we could. Normandy area is emotional, beautiful and the villages were charming. The places we stayed were fabulous, food was amazing. In Paris the same thing and Ted had given us direction on places to try to see. The Finesse Barge on the Burgundy Canal that Ted steered us to, was out of this world. We made fast friends with the crew, were treated like royalty, ate delicious food prepared by an extraordinary chef, and saw amazing country side and villages - along with delightful tours. They gave Don a wonderful birthday party, both at lunch and on the barge. Our hotels were over the moon delightful, and Paris was the most delightful city I have ever seen. It really was a dream come true for us.

Ted is very knowledgeable, energetic, fun to talk with and great at communicating with his clients. He always has ideas for what to see and do where we are traveling. Ted is an amazing travel agent!After Celebrity cancelled our cruise with no warning and very little time before departure, I reached out to Ted asking if he can help. I found Ted to have an incredible in-depth knowledge of the Alaska cruises and tours and after spending a few mins to learn about our family and what we want from a cruise, Ted had suggested Princess Royal. Our whole family (grandparents, parents, kids) had an amazing time and everything Ted recommended was accurate. Ted also was a huge help organising excursions and all the tips he suggested were really invaluable. I'd only ever book a cruise with Ted again. He is patient, super responsive and very trustworthy. He really did make everything easy, straightforward and gave us all a wonderful cruise with fantastic memories.

AWESOME first experience

This was the first time that my family has/had used a travel agent for planning a family vacation. We are so glad that we did. With they way travel fluctuates nowadays, it would have been a mistake NOT to. Ted was extremely helpful and held our hand through the whole process. He kept us up to date on itinerary changes and COVID rules for ALL the different countries that we went to. Even when things didn’t go as planned, he answered our call….and that was with an EIGHT hour time difference. On top of that, we had a solution within half an hour. We couldn’t have had such a memorable family trip without Ted’s expert advice and guidance. We will most definitely use Ted again for all of our future travel needs.

We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. After we told Ted what we were looking for, he gave us a number of options - different locations and different budgets. After a discussion, we chose a location he highly recommended and we're so glad that we did. It was unbelievable. Ted was there from the moment we reached out to him until we returned for our trip. Great Experience in France!

Thanks, Ted, for making this our best trip ever! The wineries we visited, chateaux we stayed at and our driver/guide were amazing.Even as seasoned travelers, we would have never found these gems on our own.

A great trip!

Ted put a very successful trip together for us even though the itinerary we gave him to work with was quite challenging, as we wanted to mix a trans-Atlantic crossing with land travel and to visit specific places which were often in remote locations. Besides that, Ted demonstrated great skill in selecting accommodations. Every place we stayed in was charming and unique -- and some were so special we want to go back! Ted is the "go to" guy!

We told Ted where we have travelled in the past, what we like, and that sunny relaxation was a requirement. He offered us several choices in Jamaica, in different parts of the country, and at a variety of costs within our budget range. This preview made it easy on us! We had just a few questions and Ted took care of everything. He made sure we received all of our pre-trip info and gave us some tips for our journey. Not a single hitch in the plan and one of the best vacations we have had in years.
