Before going into the Travel Industry, I worked in the Media Field for over 20 years for companies like FOX-TV and ABC-TV. During that time, I have planned our family trips which included Disney World and Disney Land for 4 of those years (sometimes going twice in one year for the Flower and Garden Festival and the Food and Wine Festival!). I have also gone to Europe with Globus, travelling to 8 different countries in 16 days! The trip was so amazing, because we got a highlight of each country including Italy, France, Switzerland and England. The Tour Guides were very knowledgeable and told you interesting stories about each of the countries, in addition to showing you around. It was such a great introduction to Europe that I can't wait to go back and plan my next trip! Travelling has always been a part of my life, and I hope that I can make it a part of yours! Our Dream Vacation

everything was well planned and organized. Everything was on time and the personal guides helped in guiding us through out the trip. We did not have to worry about how to get around japan with the aid of our gracious personal guides. We did not have to worry about a thing, especially about how to get around the country.

Diana was very helpful throughout the entire process. She even signed us up with the TSA Pre check in status which saved us thirty minutes wait time at both airports. The hotel we stayed in was great also. It was nice and included a terrific breakfast each morning. It was also in a great location for our trip. We would definitely use her again and will recommend her to others!

I had a great experience with Diana. At first I was always skeptical about hiring a travel agent but working with her in setting up a birthday trip for me and my mother really made me change my mind about travel agents. I rarely give five stars to anyone, but she's not a normal travel agent. She's there 24/7 through the whole trip for me and then later for my wife. Traveling overseas is always a little complicated, but she walks you through the whole process while you're living it. I have never had a travel agent that put so much into making sure your trip is successful.

A Full Service Travel Agent

I started planning this trip to Maui a year out. I decided to use a travel agent because I had no knowledge of Maui or where to even start looking for hotels. I found Diana via Google. Diana was responsive from the beginning. She provided multiple options with different price points. I had so many questions and she was very patient with me. She kept me updated any time there were changes or updates throughout the year. Her customer service skills shone when our flight was delayed multiple times. At one point we thought we were going to cancel our trip and she called the travel insurance agency on my behalf. Luckily, we ended up not having to cancel. When we finally made it to Maui, she responded to my questions via text even though there was a 5 hour time difference. She was accessible to me our entire trip. She checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Diana is so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend using her services for any trip you want to plan.

Diana was always available to answer our questions on our French Polynesia cruise. This was our first time to this part of the world and we wanted to experience and see as much as we could within our vacation. Diana assisted us with selecting the cruise which permitted us to see most of the key islands! We also were able to compare the cost of the excursions in comparison to local vendors; saved a lot of time and money! We booked about six months ahead so Diana enabled us to spread the trip costs into a payment schedule which worked for us.
We appreciate Diana sending cruise ship updates and air travel information changes; we have a busy schedule and don't usually have time to check on these things. Good 'watch-out' service and follow-up without the fuss!
My husband and I are seasoned travelers and enjoy the services of someone handling the location research, trip booking and insurance options.

First cruise

I contacted Dianna on Monday requesting assistance with booking a cruise for the upcoming weekend. Due to Spring Break, everything was already completely booked. Dianna contacted the cruise lines to develop a strategy for grabbing any cancellations that may occur. Her efforts and diligence paid off! Mrs. Wong provided all my trip information for all arrangements in flights, transportation once we arrived, hotel stay, tours and sight seeing activities, regional information - Historically and current events. Our hotel was centrally located in Paris where we could use the rail, walk and/ or Uber to choice historical sights within minutes. The maps, and lists of places of interest helped us feel knowledgeable and confident to make the best of our trip trouble free.We were given information for precaution and safe movement around and about. We felt safe and confident that we had been prepared for all situations and unexpected emergencies as we were provided with phone numbers and addressed for contact if necessary. All said and done, our Custom Travel Itinerary was complete from our departure to arrival back to the U.S.
