My name is Melissa Tyree. I grew up in Columbia, Tennessee and our family has recently moved back there after living in Georgia since 2004. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and married in 2002. I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in December 2001 with a degree in Child and Family Studies. My husband is a high school math teacher and high school basketball coach. We have two teenage children; a boy and a girl.

I stayed at home with our oldest child until he was two, and then I began working part time as a two year old preschool teacher. When my youngest started kindergarten in 2015, I gave up my job as a preschool teacher. Since then I have been working as a substitute teacher and also as a vacation planner for Keys to Dream Travel. It has been such a blessing to be able to provide a little extra income for my family and still have a flexible schedule doing a job that I love. I enjoy traveling, family game and movie nights at home with my family, scrapbooking (especially vacations), reading, and spending time with friends. 

I am a third generation Disney enthusiast. I am told I get my Disney planning and budgeting skills from my grandmother. I traveled to Disney World for the first time when I was 6 years old with both sets of grandparents, my parents, and an aunt. I have made quite a few more trips since then, but the best has been experiencing Disney with my children! I love the excitement and anticipation that comes with planning a vacation!

Walt Disney World is my most frequented destination, however I have also enjoyed visiting Disneyland in California, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove, Pigeon Forge, and the Alabama coast as well. I have also recently sailed on a Disney Cruise, which has been my favorite vacation to date! I have the most experience (visiting and booking) Walt Disney World in Orlando and Universal Orlando. I have visited Walt Disney World over 20 times and Universal Orlando 9 times. 

I am looking forward to checking more destinations off my wish list! In addition to the destinations already mentioned, I can also book Adventures By Disney, Disney's Aulani Resort and Spa in Hawaii, Universal Hollywood, all SeaWorld and Busch Gardens locations, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, vacation rental homes across the U.S.
