Scotland Travel ProfessionalPrior to entering the travel field, I had always been personally excited by travel and the adventure of experiencing new destinations and cultures.

I became active in the travel industry in 1984, first working as a travel consultant in a brick a mortar store.  I soon found that facilitating travel experiences for others, based on their own unique interests and needs, was very satisfying.  For examp-le, arranging an out-of-the-way accommodation or experience, whether an unusual destination or popular, and helping clients to create unforgettable memories-these gave me a joyful feeling.  So, in 1988 I founded Wings Travel Services.

Over the years, the travel industry has changed profoundly.  To remain current with these transformations, my priority has been to pursue continuing education on an ongoing basis.  In addition, I have received certification, and/or recognition from tourist boards, as having extensive specialized knowledge of those destinations, including, but not limited to:

I only travel twice a year, but my trips are very important. Rose has helped me with my arrangements for a couple of decades and she cares for them as though she was going along. She finds the best rates and gets me my window seat.

Rose is incredibly thorough and clear when helping to make plans and discussing travel arrangements. She is easily accessible if you need help at any point during your journey. Heritage Family tour to Armenia

Ms. Caldwell arranged our family heritage tour to from New York to Armenia. Hotel and air arrangements worked out very well coordinated, and our Armenian tourguide, itinerary and in-country van travel flawless. I highly recommend her for planning group tours or personal travel.

Our Magical Trips to Disney World

Five starts are not enough! Rose Caldwell deserves thousands of stars. Traveling with a special-needs daughter needs care, creativity of planning, and a sense of ease. Our yearly trip to Disney World works because of Rose's knowledge of the ins and outs I need to make M.'s vacation a magical one. When M. is happy, Mommy is happy. A very special experience

Rose Caldwell handled our travel arrangements effectively and with personal attention. Her price was very competitive, but beyond that her warmth and expertise were incomparable. When we had questions, she spent a lot of time focusing on them. She found the right property for us (so beautiful) that matched our needs and preferences, and the air transfers she arranged either minimized or entirely excluded lay overs. The land arrangements (airport transfers, car rental and/or taxis) went without a hitch. I would give Ms. Caldwell an A+!
