Liz was helpful and thorough when assisting with the planning of our trip, and she was invaluable when my granddaughter tested positive for Covid and changes had to be made to our return home itinerary. She phoned, emailed, and assisted with concerns almost daily. She is still helping us with possible reimbursements from our travel insurance and canceled tour providers. She will definitely be my “go to” travel agent in the future!

Elizabeth was very helpful in finding, and getting me, the most direct flights, involving the shortest travel time, and avoiding possible delays in other countries along the way.

Elizabeth is absolutely fantastic to work with. She organized a family/cousin bus trip for 37 and took care of all of the details--the bus, the motel, the Medora musical and dinner. She was in touch with us on a regular basis and really went above and beyond for us. She is so pleasant and accommodating.

the trip itself all went very well, the covid test when to take it or what test you need was not covered very well. the test over there was all planed out well for the way back.

Liz was great to work with. We had several changes that needed to be made prior to the trip. The day of departure there were no issues. The trip was flawless . I will definitely be using Liz for the next company trip.
