Professional from start to finish. I was worried about traveling to Cancun in September during COVID. Snelgrove Travel answered all our questions and did everything necessary for a wonderful trip. Few tourists....a wonderful time to travel to Mexico beaches is during COVID. No crowds and awesome prices.

Richard at Snelgrove Travel was fantastic to work with getting my refund back from Princess for a canceled cruise. Also helped get refund from Delta Airlines. I first emailed Snelgrove Travel and told them what price I got at RoyalCaribbean.com for a 7 night Southern Caribbean cruise in December. It was same price on Expedia.com. He was very helpful booking our Princess cruise and gave us a $50 discount off the Princess price for booking with him. Then when COVID hit he was a able to get us a full refund. I feel so bad about how hard Richard and his staff as well as all those working in travel are getting hammered by the effects of COVID on travel.

SNELGROVE TRAVEL!!! yes was WONDERFUL last week to help us get rebooked as a result of the Corona Virus. Had trip booked to Kona and it got cancelled. Snelgrove Travel (Diana) took care of everything to get us cancelled and rebooked saving me countless hours. My friends who didn't book with Snelgrove Travel had to do it all themselves and it took them hours & hours. Thanks to my BFF Bruce for telling me to try Snelgrove Travel. I'll be back.

Yes Richard!!!! Booked our Princess Alaska cruise with Snelgrove Travel last November. Never heard of Corona virus. Cruise got cancelled so Snelgrove Travel in Layton rebooked got us a 125% future credit with Princess. It took extra time to service our needs and we really appreciate their extra effort for no extra money. They deerved a tip so I gave them one., Thanks a bunch.

We have been on 11 cruises and 9 of the cruises have been booked with Snelgrove Travel. Our most recent cruise was in January on Southeast Asia cruise on Princess. Cruises. It was wonderful once again. The memories keep getting better. To get the best deal I first check the price on Princess.com. Then I call Snelgrove Travel and tell them the price I found on Princess.com. Snelgrove Travel beats the price for the exact same thing. On this most recent cruise they save me $75 but also got me $100 on board credit. I'm a happy cruiser. Richard at Snelgrove Travel best Utah travel agency.

Hawaii cruise cancelled COVID-19

COVID-19 or Corona virus is the worst. BOO!! We were so so looking forward to Hawaii cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line booked with Snelgrove Travel. It was a supposed to be a 7 night cruise visiting all the Hawaii islands. When the cruise got cancelled Pat and Richard at Snelgrove Travel were awesome.
