When my wife cam down with a positive Covid test 8 days before our cruise, Katy gave us her undivided attention and guided us through the process of obtains a full refund from NCL. Katy was understanding and professional returning all of our calls promptly. It pays to book a cruise with a local agent. Katy even went the extra mile and called us back late on a weekend afternoon following her sons’s birthday party. Bravo Katy

Katy was exceptional…she went out of her way to ensure each guest felt like VIP’s! She was lots of fun on the cruise. Every was just perfect!

We were at a travel show and I asked her about last minutes cruise deals to Mexico. Even tho others were at the table, she took my name and phone number, found some great deals, and booked us, all within the day. Even better, she was then able to (without me asking) bump us up to a much higher "Aqua Class", which we loved, and are now forever spoiled by it.
