Jeanie is a professional. She has helped us with several Viking cruises, some of them didn't work out because of cancellation by Viking or by us because of the pandemic. My experience is she is prompt and responsive and will always follow up on any requests or issues although some may not be her typical scope of work as an agent. She starts working at the beginning inquiry stage all the way to finalizing the airline tickets. And in the most recent cruise to Iceland in June 2021, she even made sure, unprompted, that all our vaccination requirements and other prerequisites were met two weeks before embarkation. She is the best that we've encountered.

Jeanie was a tremendous help in every step for our exciting plan for our group of ten! She made it a no hassle experience.
She gave us great advice in dealing with Covid related schedule changes.
She guided us in choosing accommodations, excursions, flights to and from Europe, even insurance options!
She regularly checked for better prices and schedule timings. Even when airlines changed schedules, she was on top of it.
Every time we wanted to change something, she cheerfully made it happen.

Jeanie's a delight! She's energetic and I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with her. She seemed as genuinely excited as we were about our cruise and put together our arrangements as if it were her own.
