I began my travel journey booking Disney for friends and family for more than 20 years and I am very happy to be a part of the Mouse Tales Travel Family since 2016. For me, travel has been an all-consuming passion, my first love.
My number one priority is my customers and making sure that you experience a wonderful vacation each time without the stress of managing and arranging all of the details. Just got back yesterday from our amazing honeymoon in Bora Bora planned by Laurie for us. Highly recommend!! Thank you Laurie for making our Honeymoon amazing and a time we will never forget!! For those of you who have never been, it takes planes, ferry’s, boat transfers to get there and everything needs to be booked and timed perfectly and Laurie nailed it down to every last detail.

Laurie did an amazing job planning our family vacation at Universal Studios. We all had different agendas and it was not easy to coordinate all 5 of our schedules but Laurie managed to plan a trip that satisfied everyone! Our evening flight going to Florida was delayed 6 hours due to weather and we were unsure if our shuttle would still be able to pick us up upon arrival. I texted Laurie late at night and she not only replied but contacted the shuttle to confirm for us! We all had a relaxing and seamless vacation...thanks Laurie!!!!

Being a complete "newbie" to Disney & Universal, I relied completely on Laurie's expertise! She knew EVERYTHING about the destination, attractions, restaurants and transportation. Her knowledge was so in-depth that she relayed all the tricks for getting around at the most crowded time of the year so we could enjoy our time and minimize the hastles! She was even on-call when we needed to make a last minute dinner change. She handled it all!!! I have already recommended her to friends who are COMPLETELY satisfied as well. In the future, no matter where my family travels, Laurie will be our go-to agent! I cannot recommend her enough! She's the BEST!!!!!

Laurie was amazing in helping us plan our family vacation to Orlando. She found us the best price for our hotel, managed all of our ticketing for both Universal and Disney World, and really equipped us with all the knowledge she had about places to go, sites to see, and places to eat! She event sent us a basket of goodies a few days before our trip filled with just what we needed! She was always there via phone or email to answer any questions we had and responded quickly with the perfect resolution. Working with Laurie was a great experience!

Laurie was amazing at helping us plan for our Disney vacation. She gave great recommendations, was incredibly helpful with answering questions, and was organized and detail-oriented to make sure we had everything we needed. She even went the extra mile to book Fast Passes for us when a family emergency arose on our Fast Pass day. We would absolutely recommend working with her!

Laurie was amazing! From my initial contact with her until my last communications right before my trip. In the past, I’ve used a travel agent from a chain company. I noticed after booking, I had a hard time getting in contact with my agent and felt that once they had my money I wasn’t a priority customer anymore. Not the case with Laurie.

I’ve always taken care of my own travel needs but when we decided to do a cruise to Alaska, there were just too many options to navigate. A friend told me about Laurie who has recently booked her Alaska cruise for her. I called Laurie immediately. She listened to everything we wanted and provided options. After I did my own research, we talked about different options and landed on our dream vacation! Laurie is very responsive and was great to work with!! She sent us a little going away package and provided onboard credit!! Which were great surprises! She uses an app called Trip Plans which was great to refer to to see our entire itinerary! Highly recommend Laurie and I for one will be calling on her again to book my next big vacation!!!

It was my very first time planning and taking a vacation with my husband and 2 daughters to Disney World. I tried to do the planning on my own and got totally stressed out. Than comes my savior Laurie! She made life so much easier (although I am sure I drove her completely crazy!). She handled every detail for me and we had the best experience.
