Joy has extensive knowledge of both theme parks (Disney and Universal) we have visited along with so many insider tips for our Disney cruise. This was on top of coordinating transportation, meal plans, etc. She was available anytime I had a question and was very quick to help us out! She removed any stress from the planning process and allowed us to enjoy our vacation with no hiccups or surprises. Can't wait to travel again with Joy's help!

Sisters' special getaway!!!

Joy planned my daughters' trip to Disneyworld/Orlando last spring! They had such an incredible time, stayed on grounds and took advantage of every early and late park admission. Joy set them up for success with all the Disney apps so that they could fast pass through the day. Will always book our trips with Joy from now on!!!

Joy is very pleasant to work with. This was the second cruise she has booked for us. Her knowledge and attention to detail is really great. We booked this cruise early. she continued to monitor it and found a cabin and fare that better met out needs at a better rate. She was able to pass that on to us. She met our every need and made suggestions on meeting needs we did not even know we had. It is obvious that she enjoys being a travel agent and that emotion carries over to working with people.

Family Christmas fun!

This was our first trip to Universal Orlando and Joy thought of every detail to help our trip go wonderfully smooth! We stayed on the Universal property and loved being able to walk to the park and use the express passes! Joy booked us several holiday experiences that sell out quickly, made dining reservations and booked our airport transportation. It was such a great experience and many wonderful family Christmas memories were made! We will definitely book our next trip with Joy!

This was to be a special and important trip for us, and it turned out to be everything we had hoped. Joy helped us select the type of trip that would be just right for us, and then stayed with us throughout the entire process, before and even during the trip. When an unexpected illness during our trip threatened our travels, Joy remained in contact and offered her support. As it turned out, we hardly missed out on a thing!There was an additional portion of our trip that we decided to plan on our own. While we still built some wonderful memories during that time, we would probably have avoided some "speed bumps" had we used a professional travel advisor for that portion, as well.
Bottom line - we are 100% satisfied and would recommend Joy to anyone wishing to plan their dream vacation!

I was overwhelmed when trying to plan our family's first Disney World trip. Joy made it all so easy, and it was a pleasure working with her! We stayed at the Coronado Springs hotel and it was SO beautiful! Joy recommended that we stay in the tower, and I'm so glad that we did. We had such an amazing trip that I missed it for months afterwards, and now we're planning another one!

Joy is so helpful when planning a vacation. Never mind all the questions I kept having. She answered back quickly and even took the time to send a timeline of what we should do and when. She checked in with us several times before our vacation to be sure there wasn’t anything else she could do for us and again after to see how our vacation went. Working with Joy is truly a Joy. Joy has helped us book numerous Disney trips and a cruise to Alaska. She is patient, knows her stuff and she has even saved us money. Recently a family member received an unexpected cancer diagnosis and Joy was there to encourage us and make accommodations so that we can still enjoy our trips.
