I'm so glad I can finally leave a review for Anna and her service. The trip she planned for me to Scotland and Ireland was expertly executed. I wanted to see as much as possible in less than a week, had a budget in mind, and wasn't planning on renting a car, so I needed a bit of help. Anna made me feel comfortable and eased up the chaos of scheduling a trip. She created an itinerary that took me from city to city by plane, train and ferry, found accommodations in every place, and the local plane tickets she found were ridiculously cheap. The itinerary was fully built around my restrictions and a short time window. The Edinburgh stay was especially great, and Anna even found bits of local color and culture that I never would have found on my own.
I can't wait to have her plan my next trip, hopefully somewhere warm and tropical.

While we did encounter some disappointments at the resort we were staying at, they were unrelated to our experience with Anna. We’d highly recommend her and plan on using her for our next big trip.

She kept us informed of any change in rates or other hotel options that best met our needs, beach front, good restaurants, close to town, Scuba and other amenities. Anna was not only a lifesaver, she booked the trip of a lifetime for our family. We decided to take advantage of dip in covid rates and travel to Italy last summer. And then discovered that we needed to renew our passports. I mention this because we didn't book anything until we had the passports and there was a huge delay and receiving them. So at the very last minute, during the summer of 2021, Anna jumped in with both feet and booked an amazing trip that we will always remember for my entire family. And to top it off, she helped assist with our Celiac gluten concerns. Not an easy task, even in Italy. She was calm and pleasant and listened and delivered a trip that we will never be able to replicate as Italy was so empty of other foreign tourist and we were able to have almost our own private tour of Italy.

I just returned from an Outlander tour of Scotland with Anna and 12 other women. We stayed 4 nights in Edinburgh, 1 in Perthshire, and 2 in Inverness. We toured Edinburgh, Midhope (Lallybrach), Blackness (Ft. Williams) & Urquhart Castles; Drummond Palace Gardens (Versailles), villages of Falkland (1947 Inverness), Culross, Dunkeld and ate lunch on the River Ness. Filming sites at the steps of Jamie’s print shop, Hopetoun House (Duke of Sandringham’s House and Helwater), Culloden, drove through Glencoe, went to Clava Cairns, Craig na Dun, fed carrots to Highland Coos, had a wine tasting with a delicious lunch, tour and tasting at Tomatin Whisky, tasting at the Highland Chocolatier, saw a working sheepdog at a sheep ranch, rode a scenic railway, had high tea at a nice hotel and a private champagne tour on the Royal Yacht Britannia. Hotels and food were top notch! Wonderful memories!

She really listens to what you want your trip to be and is an excellent communicator. As a travel agent, she is amazing. She knows so many different vendors that provide incredible experiences (wineries, lemon farms, cooking classes, tour guides, etc) and the best hotels for you. Our itinerary included Rome, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Sienna and Cinque Terra. All of the accommodations, drivers, and excursions were top notch, seamless, and drama free. It was the best trip I ever took with my family. When we go back to explore other cities, Anna will be planning the trip! She is absolutely THE BEST.

I worked with Anna when I was visiting Rome with my family. Anna was so helpful not only in getting us a great tour of the Vatican that allowed us to SKIP THE LINE and I repeat SKIP THE LINE! which was utterly necessary considering the line is huge, but also a tour guide who spoke Portuguese which was also necessary as we had people in my group who only spoke Portuguese. Looking online I couldn't find as great of an option in terms of price, tour guide, language options and skipping the line. For all of your travel needs, I highly recommend working with Anna! We had an amazing experience working with Anna. She was hand-on the whole way and created a custom trip of a lifetime for us. Once we got to our destination, we didn't have to think about a THING (except where to get our next gelato)! Everything was organized and set. There were a few travel issues for our trip (flight was delayed on the way out and I messed up the train times during our trip)... during both "snafus" Anna was available immediately as moral support and to contact her suppliers to rectify any situations. It was so wonderful and reassuring to know that while we were so far away from home, we were not "alone" especially as we were traveling with our 4 year old. I went with Anna and her firm since they are local to the area. After much back and forth (cause I can't make up my mind) Anna was very understand and care more about getting the job done correct above everything else. She treated my wife and I like people/family not a number. Fast forward to the trip everything was perfect. When we need a transport it was there, tours where great and when we had an unexpected issue Anna was also there to assist. She even got the hotel to upgrade us to a nice villa for the hotels mistake. Our trip took us all over Greece and while I'm not sure how she made it so great I am sure I will be using her again.

I was looking into booking a flight for 6 people to Croatia, after researching flights online I became extremely confused. Some flights gave you the option of choosing your seats some didn't some layovers for 14 hours it was just too much and I wanted to ensure smooth travels since it was the first time my 4 and 7 year old would be going on a plane.

I reached out to Anna and she was amazing! Within a few hours she had gotten back to me with a couple of different options for flights, one had a longer layover and she said if I chose that one she would set up for someone to take us on a private tour of the city, Amsterdam!
