My family and I have been working with Pam for years. She's an amazing travel agent and really gets to know her clients which helps as she plans your trip for you. Pam is very diligent in personally knowing her clients, most specifically their budget requirements as well as their accommodation expectations, so she can best plan what will work for them. She's extremely personable, positive and caring and always goes the extra mile in every aspect of your trip planning experience. She's very responsive anytime which is so helpful especially when you are actually on your trip and you need to connect with her on something. She pays great attention to detail and leaves nothing to chance which gives you, her clients, peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. Planning a trip is a very personal experience and I couldn't imagine trusting my family's travel plans to anyone but Pam!

If you need a travel agent, Pamela and Distinctive Travel are who you need to call. Elaine worked with us to set up the perfect trip to London and Dublin. She kept in contact with us, listened to what we wanted for our trip and set up the perfect itinerary. We ran into a little unexpected snag upon our arrival in Ireland (not the fault of Pamela or her agency) and called Pamela for assistance. She assured us she was on top of it and resolved the issue before we finished dinner. At no time did we feel we were on our own or stranded. The personal attention and outstanding customer service gave us great comfort while so far from home. 100% will call for our next trip!

I have booked an Alaskan cruise and a Viking River Cruise through Pamela and it was only through her experience and attention to detail that my travels were amazing and problem free. An Italian Dream!

We were introduced to Pamela by friends who have known her for many years. She was very helpful in listening to our requests and then planning our journey throughout Italy and Paris, France. She was able to also work out an itinerary to fly my daughter onto Nairobi, Kenya as my husband and I flew home. She took special care to make sure my daughter had a safe journey to Africa and home again.I also found that she is very flexible with reworking schedules and hotels and tours.
You can be assured that she is available once you are on your journey just in case there are any glitches along the way. We were very fortunate that we did not encounter any glitches and had a fabulous time!
We are looking forward to working with Pamela again as we planour next trip to Europe in 2018.
