I am an outgoing, bubbly, and thorough professional and all of my experiences through traveling and asking the right questions have created a concrete foundation for me to be a solid travel expert. I am a former Walt Disney World Cast Member, U.S Army Veteran, and parent to two children of Special Needs. I have over 15 years of experience in helping families plan vacations and became focused on helping those with Special Needs because details and planning a family vacation can be overwhelming.

 I joined the Travel Leaders team after being discovered by another one of our advisors at a restaurant in Epcot at Walt Disney World, she overheard me give advice to a couple who were unsure of where to go and at what times to go to certain rides.  It is my promise to you to deliver exceptional service from beginning to end from the very first smile and laugh we exchange, to investing into your family's needs, and helping you get to the vacation of your dreams.

Kim was easy to work with, and helped us find a great place to stay for our family. She was great about working with our son (who has autism). She made sure the hotel room was spacious enough, and even did a walk through of the hotel to make sure things were up to our expectations.

A terrific trip with a terrific plan

When we worked with Kimberly, she was very new to the travel business, and we were experienced Disney World visitors. However, she worked with us to make sure our plans were completely set, and helped with various technical issues that arose. We expect that she is even more skilled now than when we worked with her.

Stress Free Vacation

Kim took care of everything for our Disney World trip. I wet alone with 3 kids. She double checked every aspect to make sure it was as easy for me as it could be. She was still a source of help and guidance after we arrived too. I can not recommend her enough. She made this trip a breeze for me and took all of the stress out of trip planning. I m exited to use her again in the future for our next trip.
