I have always loved the magic of Disney! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help others experience the Disney vacation of their dreams.
I've visited Walt Disney World as a student in a school group, as a honeymooner, and as a mother, with my young children in tow. My family loves visiting Walt Disney World together, listening to Disney Parks' music, and even taking pretend Disney vacations! As a busy family on a budget, I know how to make the most out of every Disney experience.
Walt Disney World is 40 square miles (the size of San Francisco). It has 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, 25 resort hotel options, over 100 restaurants, and hundreds of attractions. Guests can even reserve ride times for some attractions months in advance! It all becomes overwhelming and time-consuming to plan. This is where I come in! Allow me to use experience training, and passion for Disney help you choose the best fits for your vacation. I'll build you an itinerary, complete with dining and attractions suggestions and tried-and-true tips and tricks! My services are complimentary.
I am also proficient in booking other Disney Destinations (Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Aulani: A Disney Resort and Spa), as well as Universal Orlando, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Amtrak Vacations, and more!
Because I never charge a fee to book a vacation package, my booking and planning services are FREE!
I have graduated the College of Disney Knowlege Program (Disney's Travel Agent Educational program), and our company is Earmarked by Disney as an Authorized Disney Travel Planner.

Megan was so helpful during every step of our trip planning and our trip! She got us all of the Fast Passes we wanted. She advised us where we should go and when so that we could make the most of our valuable time in Disney World. We had to call her a couple times on our trip because we lost something and a bus fire caused us to be late for a reservation. Amazing Honeymoon!

Best Family Vacation EVER!

We just got back from Disney World from a trip planned by Megan. It was WONDERFUL! Best family vacation we have ever taken! First time! Megan helped us with the planning stages starting a year ago. She helped us with resort selection, she woke up early and booked our dining and fast passes. She had tons of great tips. She sent a great packet with information about our resort and each park that she had typed up with restaurant suggestions, transportation tips, ride tips and more. All of which were extremely helpful! Disney has so much going on it was great to feel more in the know with these tips! Halfway through our trip we decided to try to see if we could book a fireworks dessert party at Magic Kingdom - a quick email to Megan and she was able to help us out with this as well! This was our first trip to Disney but it will not be our last - and we will always use Megan Massey as our Travel Agent! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

We love having the opportunity to have a Disney expert like Megan help us plan our vacation! She’s always so sweet and jumps to help at every turn! She even eased my anxiety when two weeks before the cruise I realized my husband didn’t have a certified copy of his birth certificate! Megan Massey planned our trip to Disney World in September and she was an enormous help. All of the rules, choices, and decisions that had to be made were overwhelming. Megan did the hard work for us and we were able to enjoy our fabulous vacation! Once we were there we had questions, she was more than happy to figure things out for us then too! Harry Potter Experience!

This was our first time traveling to Disneyland. Lots of folks seemed to have opinions and recommendations about Disney World, but not Disneyland. We had never done Disney with kids where it takes a bit more planning and Megan took care of it all and answered all my questions promptly. She helped with renting a car to get to the beach, all our park tickets, our dining reservations, sent me all the links to learn how to use the app and Genie+. She was a huge blessing and my family so appreciated my organization. (Secret is that Megan really did it! ??) She sent me awesome info about all the parks the week before and checked in when we got there. The best to work with and so kind!
We're planning on working with her again in 3 years for Disney again and 7 for Hawaii!

Every step of the way, Megan was there to answer any questions we had and explain everything very clearly. We received plenty of helpful information from her to help us make our decisions and plan our trip. She had fantastic recommendations, and offered advice when we needed it, both while we were planning the trip and also once we were in Disney World. She was able to get us great Fast Passes, meal reservations, and resort rooms (we stayed at two different resorts while we were there). She also changed things around and managed to reserve us a free dining plan that saved us a lot of money. The meals we were able to have with that special meal plan was one of our favorite parts of our trip. She was very fun to work with and helped us look forward to our trip even more than we already were! We're very grateful for her!

Megan was wonderful! Before the trip, she surprised us with hundreds of dollars in savings several times by jumping on offers and refunding us money, providing an incredible level of guidance and detail for park and dining prep, and was highly communicative in general! During the trip she checked in on us and sent helpful reminders and availability. Afterward she checked to see how things went, and when she realized we came home to a flooded basement, she turned that negative into something more manageable with a gift card to one of our local dining places. Megan made this trip effortless and exciting and bore the brunt of the planning. Knowing what we know now, we will ONLY visit Disney again by contacting her first!
