One of my favorite vacations to book is Walt Disney World. I've traveled there over 30+ times in the last 10 or so years :) I usually go around 3 times a year on average. I love to stay updated on new attractions, resort updates, restaurants, and Genie plus updates.
I mostly travel with my immediate family, which consists of myself, my husband Tom, daughter Charlotte (12), and son Tommy (age 9). If I'm not traveling with my family I'll travel with my cousin, friends, and/or agency friends.
I fell in love with Disney about 12 years ago when my husband and I took our daughter for her first birthday. I didn't have high hopes with her being so young, but I was BLOWN away at all the fun you can have with a toddler! I quickly made it my mission to take her multiple times a year. I learned all the little tips and tricks and ate at as many quick service and sit down meals that I could during this time.
After years of assisting friends with their Disney trips, I decided that in addition to working as a RN at the hospital, I was going to become a travel agent and specialize in Disney Destinations! And I love it!!!
I love to assist my clients with planning their trips and I treat their trips as I would my own... with careful thought to maximize their vacation time and activities but not go overboard (that is the real trick ;)
I'm accessible to my clients before, during, and after their trips and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Lisa has been planning vacations for us since 2019 including a Disney cruise , a trip to Aulani in Hawaii, and a Beaches Resort vacation in Turks and Caicos. She is now planning a multigenerational cruise to Alaska for us. I cannot sing her praises her enough. She is always two steps ahead and handles everything from booking photographers on the resort to ensuring we have completed Covid testing requirements and paperwork. Her communication is top notch and she’s always available. I won’t plan a big trip without her , not only because she takes all the stress out of planning, but because it is FUN to work with her. I’m truly thankful for these amazing family vacations I would have never attempted to plan on my own.

Lisa is literally the best Disney Vacation/vacation planner period!!! She books every one of my trips and they are simply perfect!!My sister and i did Disney for Christmas which was by far and away the coolest time to visit Disney🎄🎄She got us into the brand new Coronado Springs Towers and the Christmas Party which is a must do!!! We had the best trip and she literally booked every one of our fast passes and dinners we wanted!!!
She also booked trips for my fiancee and I both last year as well as our next upcoming trip! Lisa was so sweet and accommodating of all of our needs. I felt like I had a million questions but she answered all of them. I was able to go on vacation and feel like everything was just handled. Lisa is so knowledgeable about Disney and its properties. I haven’t been back to Disney since I was 13 but now at 32 it was just as fun and even had super cool stuff for adults. This was my first time using a travel agent, and I'm glad I did. Lisa was able to get me everything I wanted with dining and even some some if her own suggestions. I'm glad she did because I learned the hard way that Disney with a 5 year old is a lot different than Disney with adults. I had cancel a few of my reservations, but kept storybook dining that she grabbed for us. We loved it, and it was probably the highlight of our trip. When we go back I will definitely be using Lisa again.
