My wife and I booked a trip to Jamaica with Diane late in 2019.
As you can imagine our travel plans were upended by Covid just 2 weeks before our trip.
Diane took care of everything for us. She got us vouchers and eventually we rebooked for early spring 2021.
Unfortunately Jamaica still had many restrictions in place and we were concerned about getting our tests in time for travel as well as concerns about what we could do in jamaica with many places closed and restrictions on capacities.
Diane quickly offered a solution to rebooking us in mexico on the riviera maya.
She highly recommended the Valentin imperial resort and we jumped on it just a couple weeks prior to our trip.
She once again took care of everything from rebooking flights, taking care of transportation and booking our hotel.
We had the trip of a lifetime thanks solely to her and her efforts.

We booked our vacation last minute with a no wiggle room for the available travel dates. Diane was amazingly patient and resilient going well above and beyond our expectations even when we suddenly changed the destination entirely. She was constantly in contact and available and somehow was able to get us fantastic accommodations at two amazing resorts that we had previously tried to book independently and unsuccessfully. We experienced disruptions with the airlines and she was available immediately to help us resolve and save our vacation from being cancelled by cancelled flights. Top notch service that’s worth double the charge!
