Pandia always checks to be sure you are going to be able to relax from the moment you start planning. No need to do the tedious research, just which jewelry store to pick your treasure to remember your trip! We ran into some crazy travel delays (over 24 hours) so we had to file a claim with insurance. Pandia helped with a link directly to the claim form. Finally, she always sets us up with the best excursions. This time, in St. Lucia, we had the most amazing catamaran sail -- with a whole pod of dolphins swimming alongside -- to a natural, hot sulphur spring mud bath, to lunch at a cocoa plantation and snorkeling. The company lived up to their promise to get us back on board on time -- guaranteed! When some other slowpoke tourists delayed us they drove the catamaran right beside the ship and we boarded just in time! No pier running for us! Thanks, Pandia, for going the extra mile for all your clients but making us feel like the only client!

We had an ambitious travel plan that needed a lot of research that we simply didnt have time to accomplish on our own. Traveling to an area we had not visited and no connections. Not only did we need help planning our travel and accommodations, but recommendations on where to go and what to experience.

Booking an Alaskan Cruise through Pandia Graves turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made as she saved us from a near disaster.

Near the end of one shore day we were alone climbing down a mountain trail in Juneau as the sun was setting and there was not enough time to make it back to the ship before it departed. Nobody knew where we were. We tried to reach both the ship and the people who had been running the businesses at the top of the mountain by phone with no success.

We called Pandia. Even though it was 1am her time she picked up and went to work for us. She called the ship and the Juneau Police Department who notified Mountain Services. Both of these service providers followed our progress.

Due to Pandia’s intervention, the ship sent a car for us and waited for our arrival. Something that could have ended very badly turned out just fine because of Pandia's competency and dedication to her clients.

My husband and I were so excited and anxious to finally take a trip together. We chatted with Pandia and she showed us great options that fit within our wants and needs. As we were beginning to waver on our initial choice, there she was. A last minute gem of a resort appeared! We took off for Jamaica 9 months later. While I was having some travel anxiety, she assured me and reassured me and reassured me again that this would be well worth it. Even when our flight was delayed 6 hrs resulting in a missed connection, she was very calm and patient as I was having a breakdown. I cannot recommend her enough. We plan on working with Pandia again to plan our next trip, hopefully to this same resort!

Pandia planned a trip for our family, a group of 14 people, to go to Orlando FL and Walt Disney World. It was an incredible trip and would not have gone so smoothly without Pandia’s help through Picture This Travel. She supplied an app that had our full itinerary for each day as well as our flights etc. The app would notify us when it was time to check in and communicate with the hotel and ground transportation. She listed our confirmation numbers, so there was no searching at the moment it needed to be done. It just made our trip so enjoyable and took the stress out of almost everything the entire time. Pandia is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, and is readily available to help at the drop of a hat. We had scheduled a big family trip through Pandia, and I forgot to relay to her an allergy one of my kids has to milk, and it occurred to me as we were boarding our ship that I hadn't requested a special menu for him in advance. I emailed her straight away, and she contacted Royal Caribbean immediately! She told us what to do to get the best service for him and his allergy. She also took time to talk about our various ports of call and what we might enjoy doing for each one. We even talked about the sleeping scenarios for my family of six. Seriously, she thinks of all the things. I couldn't travel without using her, she gives me so much peace of mind!

Pandia made our first Disneyland vacation an incredible experience! The thought of planning a Disney vacation seeming overwhelming but I had never worked with a travel agent and I am SO glad I did. She took a general outline of what we were wanting and put all the pieces together for us to have an easy vacation. My husband and I needed helping planning our honeymoon in the Philippines, and we were so grateful that Pandia was recommended to us! Pandia planned our 3 week European family vacation to 4 different countries. Pandia helped my wife and I plan a 25th anniversary vacation to Northern Europe. We started in London, where we stayed for 3 nights. We then boarded a 12-night cruise with Oceania that sailed throughout Northern Europe, including Scandinavia and the Baltic countries. We then spent three days at the end in Copenhagen. The trip was perfect! Pandia booked our airfare, airport transfers, cruise, hotels, guided tours, etc. The hotels were amazing with comfortable rooms, full breakfasts and perfect locations! The airplanes were on time and the airport transfers were seamless. We took a guided tour of Copenhagen that was wonderful-the guide could not have been a better match for us. Pandia was easy to communicate with from the get-go and worked closely with us to sort through the various parts of the trip. I look forward to planning all my future trips overseas with Pandia!

The Majestic Elegance resort is wonderful. We had 5-star service and wonderful food. The "Flavors" breakfast buffet is exceptional. We watched two shows - lots of fun, but slightly surreal to be rocking to a Latino band covering Bon Jovi.
We enjoyed one excursion from the resort snorkeling the Puerto Morelos coral reef National Park with Alltournative Adventures. Friendly staff, particularly "Maui" the supportive guide who allowed two of our group to have the comfort of hanging on his float as they were uncomfortable in the water. Good quality snorkel gear was provided. However, with no pool to test-fit gear, practice mask-clearing or breathing through a snorkel, 1st time attendees were challenged to learn-on-the-go. (The tour begins as a slide off the edge of the boat above the reef.) The depth is wonderful for snorkelin

Everything about our Italian Honeymoon was amazing, and we can't thank Pandia enough! She took our budget and dreams and built a custom Italian itinerary just for us. All of our travel and travel prep transportation, transfers, hotel experiences, and tours were so smooth, and the app and Pandia’s guidance and tips made following the itinerary a breeze. She goes above and beyond and thinks of everything! Our family dreamed of a London vacation for years, but planning it was quite daunting--until we met Pandia. She asked all the right questions, learned what was important to us for lodging, location, and activities and planned everything perfectly. Her list of things to do and apps to download before traveling was perfect. We were scheduled to fly out of MCI on 12/22, and a big snowstorm was imminent. We had a great experience with Pandia. While we had a pretty good idea what we were looking for when we started, but I had lots of anxiety, and it was great having someone else to calm my fears and think through the options. We almost waited too late to book, and had some trouble getting our flights, but she worked really hard to get them. I'm pretty sure she had to make a lot of phone calls to figure out why they weren't going through. In the end, the original flights were not available, but she came up with another solution that was actually better than the original option.

Pandia was the reason that not only made this Disney trip happen, but how we were able to do it so well! She perfectly customized all our dining plans and rides to fit our family’s needs and tastes. She prepared and coached us on how to utilize our time, dining credits and fast passes most efficiently but built in flexibility as well. It’s her attention to detail and problem solving that caught and fixed a mistake in our flight plans that no one else saw. For such a busy (but fun) vacation, I was actually able to completely relax because Pandia had our back. For a mom on a family vacation, that is NOT common.
