We have been working with Christine for almost a year now. I am one of those people who loves planning travel so I was hesitant to use a travel agent - until I found Christine! Christine has done everything from finding us a room on a Disney Cruise (when Disney Cruise line itself said none were available) and for less than I expected, helped plan a somewhat complicated family trip to Walt Disney World for much less than I expected and, most recently, waited on hold for five hours to book an Adventures by Disney dream trip to Japan. I often have a LOT of questions for Christine and she always very graciously answers them. She has made recommendations for excursions and activities and is available when I have questions. Christine is wonderful to work with. She has made both of my Disney trips a joy! She is always there to answer any questions, before, during and after my trips! I would have been lost without her. She sent me to Disney like a pro, if I had not found her I would have been lost and would not have enjoyed myself like I did. Anyone who is planning to go for the first time, please use someone who knows what they are doing. Otherwise you will be like a fish out of water. Christine is wonderful and makes you feel like your best friend is planning your trip. I would never take a vacation without her input!! I came to Christine as a stressed bride looking to plan a honeymoon on top of a big wedding. I let Christine know what we were looking for, and our budget and she got right to work! She came back promptly with several resort options and answered any questions we had or made any edits with our feedback. This was our first time using a travel agent, so we were unsure about the process. Christine was professional, transparent, and prompt with her communication, itinerary, and our travel booking payments. The process was SO EASY! A week before our trip, we had a pre-trip call with Christine to go over details and she sent our itinerary. Our honeymoon to Maui was magical. We flew 2 days after our wedding and had absolutely no stress traveling. We were greeted off the plane with leis by a nice woman who showed us to our shuttle service. The resort was top-tier with oceanfront views and a private-to-the-resort beach. The excursions were amazing and we ran into no issues. Highly Recommend

I've worked with Christine before and I've always had a great experience. We went to Vegas and the only issue I had was my room did not have a outside view of the city, the view was a wall.Christine always got back to me timely. I went with 2 other people and the return flight was mixed up where my sisters booking information was a day later, and she was not on our flight. Christine did a great job and getting her on the next flight and she actually got home 30 minutes before I did. That was exceptional customer service.

About 100 of our guests traveled to Jamaica with us for our destination wedding with the help of Christine. Christine's prompt responses and willingness to assist were really appreciated. It was really convenient for us to have someone our guests could turn to with any travel-related inquiries. However, we learned from roughly 5–6 guests that their arrival and departure dates were mixed up, as well as their room type and at times, lack of response. We did wish that our guests did not have to go through such a trying time in order to attend our wedding. Christine gave us a luxury automobile transfer from the site of our wedding to the destination of our honeymoon. We adored the suite we selected for our honeymoon thanks to Christine. It was absolutely ideal.

I am by definition, a Disney Nut! I have been to Disneyland 80 times and to WDW at least 8, all from different states too as opposed to Staycations. I found Christine Hardenberger before our last trip to WDW. As experienced as I am, the trips were going to differ as we had along a first timer to WDW; one who did not do well on the more aggressive ride attractions at that. So we set out to explore the inner sanctum's of WDW with back lot tours and the like.Christine was incredible at finding and securing several of the back lot tours and special visits we wanted to make. Doing so involved some serious juggling of itineraries to make it all work to our extreme pleasure. Did I happen to mention all of this took place at Christmas time as well! We had to do that once in our lives and thanks to Christine's knowledge and I must say artfulness at finding things for us to do from our crude descriptions it was fabulous! I cannot imagine anyone better at this than Christine!

Christine helped us put together the honeymoon of our dreams! We were referred to Christine by a family member after we were having difficulty deciding on a honeymoon destination. We mentioned a few places we'd been told about and were interested in, and she promptly gave us her honest opinions and recommendations (it helped that she had recently been to the resort we ended up choosing, and could give us first-hand experience!) She was incredibly informative but also honest about what would be the best value for what we were looking for. She turned around a proposal for us in the blink of an eye and was incredibly helpful in providing guidance and tips along the way from booking to our departure date. The honeymoon itself did not disappoint, and we are already looking forward to planning our next trip with Christine!

My family and I are from Trinidad and Tobago (Caribbean) and I have always felt very comfortable and at ease working with Christine. I stumbled upon her quite by accident over the internet while trying to research and plan my very first trip to DisneyWorld back in 2008. Christine just stepped in and got it all planned out for me. She was so reassuring and warm that I felt as if she was family. I put my trust in her back then and have referred her to many of my colleagues. To date Christine has helped me plan 3 fabulous Disney vacations and she is in the process of planning my fourth vacation for later this year. Needless to say we are Disney addicts and knowing that Christine is taking care of us makes the planning hassle-free. While there are many choices now available for Disney agents, Christine always adds a personnel touch with little surprises to your experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Christine, she thinks about all of the little details and takes care of it!

Christine was wonderful to work with! She set up all of our meals, fast passes, and hotel accommodations. She gave us tips and ideas for planning our days in Disney and Universal Studios. We had a wonderful time riding rollercoasters and spending quality mommy/daughter time during spring break. We plan on doing it again next year with Christine's help! All of the trip planning was taken care of and we just had to start having fun!

“Where have you been all my life” is exactly the question I asked Christine on several occasions while planning my trip to Mexico she was amazing. The best way I can describe her services is by using the star system as you do when you book a hotel or resort. There are 3 star, 4 star and 5 star facilities. There is a legitimate difference in a 5 star facility when compared to a 4 star. While a 4 star in not too shabby, it’s lacking that extra wow factor you get in a five star. Christine is a five star travel agent. She brings the “wow” factor to the process every day!

Christine is awesome! The booking process was super smooth and it was so helpful to have Christine organize the details for us. Our travel dates were during the covid pandemic and our destination was hit by a tropical storm and a major hurricane in the same week. Needless to say, we encountered some challenges including a flight cancellation and a temporary evacuation from our resort in Cancun. Christine was immediately available to help make the changes we needed so we could continue our vacation, relax and enjoy ourselves. She stayed on top of everything and checked in on us regularly. We were a little scared and anxious about planning a vacation to a country we had never been to before, but Christine really eliminated our nervousness. Her expertise about the Caribbean made the whole process stress free and we were able to just focus on looking forward to our trip.
