My passion for travel began at a very young age when I left my small town in upstate NY and traveled cross-country to find adventure. That was thirty plus years ago, and I've been adventuring ever since! As a Travel Administrator, I specialize in creating & booking client's trips; giving them the resources they need to have an amazing vacation! As a Group Travel Specialist, I personally lead different trips around the world. Some examples of my past & present trips include: Trips to Italy, France, Spain, & Germany; Month-long High School Adventures Abroad Programs (for Students Only) in Italy, France & Spain; Family Mission Trips (All Ages) to the Out Islands of The Bahamas; & even a few Ladies Only Trips to Italy & France! Plus, there's more being added all the time! I've been leading and administrating trips and travel for years. To date, over 1,400 travelers have traveled with me personally. My experience runs the gamut from group trips where everyone knows each other to whole trips filled with people that have never met until departure day! Cruising Through Life

I'm wondering why I haven't done this before? Cruising to Cozumel with a big group of great friends. The trip is more about the journey (the boat and its festivities) than the destination (Mexico) but I thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling adventure, too. Jen went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Plus she surprised us with a few treats as well. Now that I am home, I think it would be great to have her duplicate our trip but this time with my husband and family. It's hard to to like being entertained and pampered for four days.

Fantastic Family Graduation Trip!

Our trip to England had a few surprises once we arrived but Jen handled everything swiftly, allowing us to focus on our vacation, trusting her to handle everything so we could continue to have a wonderful family vacation. Jen and Ray set up everything for us before our departure and sent documents to each of our venues., all of which were available on our phone so we could easily access them at each of the places we needed. We first traveled with Jen Brown Henriksen on a family mission trip to Camp Bahamas on Eleuthera. She was wonderful to work with, helped arrange all the travel and details of the trip, then met us in Ft. Lauderdale to travel to the Bahamas for the week. We had the trip of a lifetime there! The next year, Jen helped us plan trips to the Grand Canyon/Arizona/Nevada and Niagara Falls, Canada. Both times, she helped us plan amazing trips. Amazing trips

Always very helpful in planning the trip, giving advice on what to do on the trip. Also very friendly which is always nice. When I traveled to England, I was traveling alone for the first time and so I understandability was so what nervous but they made sure that everything was worked out so I could fly no problems. On my second trip to England with my family they helped us plan everything out( when to go see all the different sites at the right times) definitely an amazing trip and amazing travel agent.

I've booked a couple trips with Jen. She is easy to work with and incredibly thorough. I was never in question as to what to expect. She laid out the details of what I needed to get turned into her and when, and followed up well to keep me and my group on time. I would suggest working with her no matter your context. Our Spring cruise was unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19. Life Changing Trip

I traveled with Ms. Jen on a month-long Italy Study abroad trip. Before we even embarked, Ms. Jen always speedily answered any and all questions that I threw at her. As Ms. Jen guided us through the airport, I had no idea how amazing this trip that she planned was going to be. In just one month, I learned so much about traveling, cooking, adulting, Italian culture, and the world around me. Our group attended a annual, historic festival which has been going on for hundreds of years, we took a road trip to Croatia, we taught English at schools, and learned some basic Italian just to name a few things we did! One of my favorite parts was Rome, which I've been dying to go to for years. Ms. Jen and our other leader knew exactly where take us to utilize our time wisely so we could see as much of that amazing city as we could! I would definitely travel with Ms. Jen again! I would also have her book trips for me and my family because she is very knowledgeable in this field.

Jen was phenomenal. She found me an amazing flight on my favorite airline and everything about my trip so far has gone excellently. She also had great suggestions for travel insurance and though I haven't had to use it yet, I feel so much better knowing that I have it! Covid canceled our trip, but Jen saved the day!

Jen went above and beyond helping our little group of six get economical flights to France. Her knowledge and experience saved us so much money (and headaches!) Ultimately, our trip was canceled due to COVID. But Jen was persistent in tracking down our refunds and getting our money back to us. If we get opportunity to go again, we will definitely use Jen!

Jen Henricksen booked a family trip for 8 to Ireland for St.Patrick's Day 3/17/20. Flying from different states - booking was complicated - to me, that is - Jen handled easily. . A travel ban because of COVID-19 kicked in. ?? dealing with the airlines would have been a nightmare. Jen's expertise kicked in as she got 8 fully refunded flights. Our land tours were fully re booked and paid for a later date all within in 24 hours. She really earned my trust and proved how valuable a good travel agent is. I don’t know what we would have done without her. This was actually the third tour I planned with Jen. In previous trips to Portugal and Russia, Jen helped with solo tours for me where I didn’t pay extra for a single supplement. She also got me a Round Trip ticket to Russia from Newark Liberty Airport in N.J. for $300.00 I highly recommend Jen for your travel needs. She knows so many helpful ins and outs that you'd never think of. Jen takes the stress out of modern travel.
