Two of my favorite European Countries, aside from Great Britain where I was born and raised, are Austria and Spain. Austria: The country is gorgeous! Picturesque scenery will surround you throughout the country. Urban life is surrounded by towering mountains and nature. While Vienna is one of the most majestic cities in the world, there are also charming little cities like Innsbruck, and also captivating small villages. Many famous people came from Austria and one of the most well known is Mozart. Music, art, museums, castles, history - all await visitors to Austria. The safe, reliable public transportation and the delicious food (especially dessert and coffee) are other reasons that Austria is a very popular destination. Spain: My family has had a home in southern Spain for many years and I have spent many summers there. I am particularly fond of Granada and the Alhambra Palace, a sight not to be missed. Other highlights of Spain: Mediterranean Coast, Beautiful Beaches - Moorish Palaces - Mind-Blowing Cathedrals - flamenco dancing & bull fights - Rich History and Culture - Exceptionally fine wine, tapas and sangria. I did not work directly with Anna Aey because my sister-in-law who lives in Ohio booked this tour through Anna and I was her guest. My home is in Florida. However, from the many conversations with my sister-in-law as she and Anna were planning this trip, I can truthfully say, Anna planned a fabulous trip including everything I wanted to see and do in Italy. This was a dream vacation for me, and never traveling in Europe before, I was thrilled with all the bookings and experiences we had in Italy. It was terrific to have such wonderful guides meet us and secure our needs and answers to the many questions we had at each and every new stop along the way. I was completely thrilled to have traveled in the comfort of good hotels, fine service and helpfulness whenever needed! I would not hesitate to book other trips with Anna, should I live in the Youngstown area!

European Family Vacation

Anna is a wonderful travel agent who is highly professional, provides outstanding service and loves to share her travel knowledge. We have worked with her on multiple vacations and will continue to do so in the future. Most recently, Anna worked with us on a rather complicated family trip. It involved travel to several European countries with a separate itinerary for our college-aged son which permitted us to meet up on the weekends. She created a travel experience that was unforgettable. Initially, she took the time to listen to my wishes, our budget, the dates that worked for my family and how and where we wanted to travel. She did all of the legwork - booking multiple air, train and auto travel as well as hotel rooms - which made for a fantastic, worry-free trip. She made great suggestions and recommendations on what to see and do, much of it based on her personal experiences. She really seems to love her job and genuinely enjoys crafting a trip that exceeds your expectation

Wonderful Holland Experience

Dear AnnaWe want to thank you for making our travels to and in Hollard so enjoyable. Our hotel was great, our handicapped airport assistance was there for us.and we had plenty of time between flights which worked to our advantage. We enjoyed our well planned excursions to other cities or the beautiful countryside dotted along the way with windmills. All of the driver/guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Next May we will be on another Dave Koz smooth jazz cruise. We would like you to plan our pre cruise in Lisbon and our post cruise in Barcelona. Looking forward to our next adventure.

Anniversary Trip to England and Scotland

During our initial conference call, we outlined the cities we planned to visit and the major activities for each. We also outlined our preferences for hotel location, type and cost. Anna’s choices were exactly the type and price we would select ourselves had we but known of their existence. As requested, access to transit and key landmarks were simple. She also assisted in obtaining reserving/paying for a rental car, tours and train tickets. The train reservations, etc. had overwhelmed us as there are many different lines and possible routes. Anna was able to make sense of the time tables and which would get us where we wanted to be in a timely manner and via a sensible route. She provided us with options that enabled us to make plans as the trip developed without being pinned to a specific departure or arrival time. Much more relaxing.
The value of her services was far beyond their minimal cost. We will definitely use Anna again and recommend her to you.

Trip of a life time

This was my first experience going to the Hawaiian Islands and I wanted It to be the most perfect vacation ever. When I first walked into Anna's office I told her what I wanted (which I didn't know if it was even possible to book) and she made it all happen and then some. I must say Anna made it the most amazing and flawless vacation I have ever been on. From booking our flights from island to island, getting our car rentals, hotels and excursions, and made them all ahead of time made things so easy for us. Her knowledge and experience is amazing. I do a lot of traveling each year and I will continue to have Anna book my future vacations and have given her name to many of my friends already and will continue to do so in the future. She is an asset to your company.

English Trip to Remember

Anna asked questions about the places we intended to visit and the type of accommodations we generally select for ourselves then she made all the arrangements for us. The quality and locations of all the hotels were perfect for us. My wife can get a bit wound up in the details... but Anna was a great sport and managed that part beautifully as well. Anna made planning a trip to Disney World a very pleasant experience which culminated in having a memorable, once in a lifetime, EPIC TRIP !!! It was a short planning period but Anna was able to facilitate reservations and guide us towards planning for everything we wanted to do, helping with details & confirmations as needed, and calming our frazzled nerves as we were newbies to the whole Disney trip planning experience. Anna was a travel agent in July of 2014 and helped us plan a fabulous and unforgettable trip through Western Europe. This was our children's first trip abroad. Anna Aey is a fantastic agent. She assisted me through the entire process of planning my family's trip to Disney. No only did she make my resort reservations, set up our Magic Express transportation, arrange for my tickets and magic bands, but she was able to give me great advice as to what would be appropriate for my young children. Planning a trip to Disney can be a bit intimidating but she made it all stress free and enjoyable.

Our Wonderful Europe Sojourn

Anna – I hope all is well with you. First, I owe you a HUGE apology for not writing sooner to let you know how much we appreciated your assistance last summer on our Italian/Spanish sojourn. The hotels you picked out – Rome, Florence, Venice and Barcelona - were each absolutely outstanding and the locations were perfect. We climbed the steps of more Duomos (and one leaning tower) than we even knew existed. We didn’t have a bad meal for the entire time and transportation – rail and transfers – was spot on. We had an absolutely marvelous vacation, for which you were primarily responsible – again, thank you so much! I’ve dropped your name a couple of times – hope it has paid off in increased business for you.
