Working with Jennifer made our family's 1st trip to Disney stree-free and absolutely magical. From the very first consultation phone call (which was easy to schedule), I felt comfortable with her level of knowledge and responsiveness. First, let me start by saying that I tried several people before having a conversation with a lady while getting my hair done. We were talking about Universal and how difficult it was to navigate the site with understanding. The lady pulled out her phone and referred me to Jennifer. She informed me that Jennifer was very knowledgeable and would be the perfect person to help with trying to book a trip to Universal Studios. I decided to reach out to Jennifer while sitting in the hair salon and within minutes she responded and from there I explained to her what I was trying to do and my budget. Jennifer was an amazing vacation planner! I wanted to plan a cruise for my husband’s 30th birthday and had never planned or been on a cruise before. Jennifer was amazing! This was our fifth trip to Disney World, but it was the first time we didn’t plan and book the entire trip ourselves.
