Roxi did a phenomenal job for us. We took a trip to NYC, and decided to add an extra day after the hotel and flights were already booked. She took care of everything, and everything went smoothly. She put us in a great hotel in the perfect part of town! She was very easy to work with and very helpful with all my questions (and there were a lot of questions). She made everything very easy and headache free, which is great. I definitely recommend them and will be using again in the future if the situation calls for it.

Started our trip with a plane delay. Roxi made sure we were taken care of right away all the way from a different flight plan, to a vacation shift, so we didn't lose any days on our Honeymoon! The resort was fantastic. Food and people were great. Only down fall was COVID... But we new that gong in!

They were extremely helpful and informative with our questions on places to stay and lining up our travel arrangements. During the first couple days of our vacation, my father in law passed away and we needed to make emergency arrangements to get back to North Dakota.
