We worked with Monica on several trips we were trying to plan this spring for trips to Europe, a bucket list anniversary trip to Bora Bora for my husband and I, as well as a big family vacation to Hawaii with our kids who reside in multiple different cities/states. Monica is a great communicator, making sure to get details to help create the best personalized trip for you. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to Bora Bora due to a medical complication with our son, but Monica assisted us with that too, and we are hoping to reschedule that with her soon. Monica is detail oriented, thorough, professional, patient flexible and friendly.

Hard to please customers asking for a “Hail Mary” vacation during COVID. Just get us out of town safely for a white sandy beach, no masks, and some fun in the sun. Monica nailed it! I was hesitant about Mexico and she assured us we would not be disappointed. Everything went as planned and we were so grateful to her and all her experience to deliver on a much needed vacation. Maybe it's just me, but travel has become way more complicated. Monica did all the heaving lifting for us, and made the air and train reservations to multiple destinations, as well as arranging for transfers from the airports to and from our hotels. We gave her an idea of what we wanted to do at each destination, and she gave us helpful suggestions and booked several tours for us. She is patient with my endless questions, responsive to my emails while we were on the trip, and helpful in a hundred different ways.

Monica was excellent to work with from the beginning. To the end of our experience! We were ready to travel again and were at a loss as to where to go and what to do. After hearing our interests and concerns, she suggested a few destinations and relayed the benefits of each. Given this was our first time to travel since the pandemic, we went with an all inclusive resort. It met all our needs and we felt comfortable and most importantly relaxed!!! She nailed it!!! From the planning phase to the end of our travels, she kept our wishes in mind. Her friendly and outgoing personality puts you at ease!

My friend and I took our sons on a graduation cruise to the Caribbean and Monica handled all the details from the flights, vans to and from the port and drink packages. She made sure the boys had their own rooms so they could have some freedom on the ship. She even helped my sister book an excursion for the boys as a gift. It was definitely a trip the boys will never forget.
