Shelia went above and beyond in helping us book our honeymoon. She booked our 2020 Sandals Antigua honeymoon in 2019, dealt with COVID forcing us to move it to 2021 and answered my 1,000 questions! Navigating international travel these days is complicated and she was able to give me all of the information with patience and understanding that I was a total newbie. She gave travel advice from her own personal experience at the location and suggested excursions. Even when the honeymoon began she was still there for support: we were placed in the wrong room and while I was trying to figure it out with the front desk, she was on the phone with the sales office making sure that we were properly taken care of.

She booked a cruise for us that had to be moved around several times due to hurricaine devastation. She maneuvered around that flawlessly... even helping out with plane tickets and really going out of her way to accommodate our 20+ large group!

My daughter’s Disney Birthday

A bunch of us, about 11 of us, went to Disney. Sheila helped us with 90% of our vacation. She was even reachable during vacation when we messed up one of the schedule for the fast pass. She is amazing!

The Best Trip of our Lives!

From The minute I started planning this trip to the minute I got home, it was PERFECT. Sheila was with me every step of the way. It was my first time out of the country and I had no idea all that had to be done. Sheila helped me every single step of the way, making sure I was set up for success and giving me pointers on everything! Down to the medicine I should buy if I am not feeling well when I got to Mexico. She made sure we were set up with rides when we got there to and from the hotel so we didn't have to take any taxi's and felt safe. She sent a bunch of excursions that she suggested would be the best - she had the hotel put a little banner on our door for our honeymoon - AND she emailed me twice while we were there just to make sure we were doing okay! I mean above and BEYOND service!! I have sent her contact information to so many of my friends who are getting married or just need a trip. I HIGHLY recommend booking your next big trip with Sheila. You will not be disappointed!

Sheila is amazing!! We decided to surprise our boys with a trip to Disney but I had no idea where to begin!! Sheila took care of everything for us!! We didn’t have to worry about all the little details, reservations, etc. because Sheila helped us with it all! And any questions we had, she was able to answer! Our trip was absolutely amazing and the most memorable trip we have ever been on! I cannot thank Sheila enough for making our trip happen!!
After our trip I referred my parents to Sheila. She booked a trip to aruba for my parents 40th anniversary. My parents were very stressed about traveling and covid, but Sheila guided them through everything they needed to do!!

Sheila helped plan our trip to Greece. Visiting three islands, with transfers and helping us plan activities and, stay locations for our group of ten. One week prior to our scheduled departure our flight was cancelled, and we were unable to book any other flights. What can I say other than Sheila is fabulous and we wouldn't book a vacation with anyone else. We've booked a few times with Sheila but the standout one was Italy! My son had never been on a cruise or out of the country, so as a high-school graduation gift I decided on Italy. Our booking went flawlessly from the air, to the cruise, to the excursions. Sheila is the utmost professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of our trip. She always tries to get us the best deals, onboard credits and package deals. We flew into Barcelona for a few days before our ship sailed and then had the best time sailing and stopping at a few ports in Italy and France for a week before heading home. Everything went off without a hitch. I truly can't thank her enough for this once in a lifetime vacation. She is truly there to help in any way she can to bring your vacationing plans into fruition and I can't wait to book with Sheila again!

Sheila is the bomb!! She has booked many trips for my family and adults only getaways!! Any issues I have ever had which isn’t many she was a text or phone call away to deal with it directly with the resort. I booked one trip on my own and had to cancel because of covid and never again. Hrs on the phone trying to rebook was a nightmare. Sheila took over and rebooked that for me also. No headaches whatsoever. I’m the one who will will message her a week before and say hey I want to go here and she delivers!! We have been to mexico three times, Bahamas, Jamaica, Aruba, & universal. We currently have universal booked for thanksgiving!! You will not be disappointed!!

Bermuda Cruise

Took family cruise to Bermuda prior to covid and Sheila took care of everything. Rescheduled a 2nd cruise with Sheila which has been canceled several times due to covid. Sheila has been fantastic staying on top of all the travel bans/procedures. Wouldn't use anyone else to help plan a trip.
