I listen attentively to the type of experience the you want, and then work to deliver that, within budget. I have been ‘in travel’ since 2003. And prior to that I traveled as extensively as I could, as I love to explore places I've never been.
This appetite for exploration started when I lived in Mexico City in junior high. In addition to Mexico, I have visited Belize, Caymans, St Martin, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, St Johns, British Virgin Islands, Grenada, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Canada, Great Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Turkey, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. I have also traveled extensively inside the US. I look forward to my next spot to explore, wherever that will be.

Deb Siegle is incredible. Deb Siegel is amazing. She has booked several vacations for us over the last 8 years; working with her has been fantastic. Deb has worked with our large group of 40+ travelers; she walks us through every step of planning; she has recommended the resort/cruise line, reserved our rooms, obtained group upgrades, arranged group air travel, and addressed and adjusted any issues as they occured. As we traveled to different countries, she's coordinated with the Tourism Bureaus to expedite getting us through customs, arranged transfers to the resorts and back and so much more. Her knowledge of the travel industry is vast and when we have questions, she has the answer or does the research to get the answer. She has contacted us on trips to make sure that everything is going well. She goes far and beyond to make sure the needs of her clients are met. Deb is not the average travel agent, she has been invaluable to us as our 'Travel Specialist'.

Around the world multi-mode travels

We have enjoyed world wide travel involving several vacations over nearly a decade of fond memories, thanks to Deb. She is creative, listens well, cooperative and follows through from first contact to after return home. We have called her from Rome and even Bejing to inquire about status of connecting modes of transportation, coordinating travel delays with next hotel, taxi, etc. She has planned and executed complex travel itineraries for us to Europe, Asia, Africa, Hawaii, Washington, D>C>, and even around the world in 79 days. Deb Siegle is wonderful, reliable, detail oriented and always friendly.

An excavation and vow renewal in Egypt - so fun!

Here are the benefits we found by using Deb:1. Reduced cost - the trip Deb booked for us was 25% less expensive than when I priced out the same trip myself.
2. Ability to handle “challenging” requests - our biggest issue was that we were a group of three wanting to do a river cruise. Deb was able to find a cruise line that had a suite that fit three people.
3. Booking interesting activities - we wanted to go on an excavation and get our vows renewed. Deb coordinated with the Egyptian government so that we could go to an active excavation (we went into a tomb in Saqqara where fewer than 100 people had been in the last 2600 years). Even our Egyptologist guide said that she had never done anything like it before and was super lucky to get to participate. And the vow renewal ended up being awesome even though the tour company had no idea what to do for that when we first requested it.
Can't wait to use Deb again!

Deb's tenacity and broad knowledge of every detail of travel are extraordinary. She coordinated and booked a trip to Italy that was cancelled because of COVID. She handled every detail before and then every detail afterward with the airline. She kept in constant touch and made everything seamless for me.

I engaged with Deb Siegle as she helped me obtain a refund for a canceled cruise.I did not work with Deb directly to schedule the cruise, as my husband and I were guests of friends having their wedding on the cruise. All of the cruise details were arranged by them. I worked directly with the cruise line to book our plane tickets.
When the cruise was canceled due to COVID-19, Deb contacted all parties on the reservation regarding the cancelation process. Even though I did not work with her to book our flights, she included this in her work with the cruise line. She regularly followed up with the cruise line, appraising us of the progress along the way. In the end, we were able to get a full refund.
I can't thank Deb enough for the time she spent on this, and would most definitely work with her again in the future.
