Victoria was amazing. I don't think there are enough words to express my appreciation. Being a newer traveler (out of the US), I had zero idea where to go. I sent a list of wants/needs and Victoria provided me with a detailed list of places to go all within my budget. She called the resort ahead of time for me (food allergies) and even texted me the day I left! Every touch was personal and I will trust her with future trips.

Victoria was there every step of the way! Super helpful and quick to respond to any questions I may have had. She helped us book our air fair and hotel in Dublin for a 2 week girls trip to Ireland. She also provided feedback on our itinerary and gave us recommendations for things to do and see. On our way home, our flight got cancelled due to weather in the states. Victoria made sure to contact me and keep me updated with all the changes. Can't wait to work with her again!

My Destination Wedding

I recently got married in Cabo and Victoria was my travel agent. I had 62 people traveling with us. Not one person had a complaint the whole time! Victoria prepared information packets for each guest that answered every question! She also printed out itinerary for each guest! Victoria helped all guests checking into airport, security, and customs. Quite a few of my guests were first time travelers/fliers. Victoria definitely provided a step by step guide of airport process/hotel process/ and shuttles. She also set up transportation for each guest back to airport so they didnt have to worry about that they could just enjoy their last day until the cab pulled up to leave. Cannot say how thankful I am for her endless service. As the bride and groom it made our trip 100% more enjoyable by just being able to relax and not be bombarded with questions. It took quite a load off of our shoulders knowing we were in the best hands. Goes above and beyond. There should be a 6th star for Victoria!

AMAZING! Victoria did a wonderful job planning a large group travel to Cabo for my son's wedding. I was blown away by the personal service provided by Victoria. Email notifications were provided to answer all questions leading up to the date of travel, text or phone calls were answered promptly, and the service was second to none. Victoria was extremely responsive and so kind, especially after I changed my trip like 3x. I probably asked some silly questions and she was always there to reassure me how important it is to feel comfortable in my travel and make the right decision. She was never pushy and I never felt pressured to book. She honestly made the experience soooo easy. I bragged about her to other people I met while on vacation and told them we wouldn’t be in Jamaica if it weren’t for her. She’s simply amazing!

We had the most fantastic time on our cruise and she took care of us from car door to cabin and back again. As first time 'cruisers' we were blessed to have Victoria as travel agent for our group. Her personal/professional travel experience & coordination skills was visibly noticed from the start. Victoria obtained personal likes/wishes for individual recommendations on what cruise options/cabins & flights she thought we'd each find financially beneficial & enjoyable-and she was right! Suggestion to arrive day early to avoid missing cruise from flight delay was insightful. Her communications with us re: to do lists, verifying if we were checked in early (which we weren't), informing us on documents we'd need to board as we couldn't find passports & making additional purchases for us were time saving for us. Very impressed with professional folder she mailed us that included all trip details & was huge help & we took with us. Addressing point 2 first, this wasn't a case where Victoria could just arrange our trip with a tour organizer in China or provide a standardized package. We had to be in multiple locations over the course of our trip. As for point 1, it is extremely difficult to find accommodations in China that fit a family of five! But Victoria was able to find solutions that worked extremely well for us. She was proactive when needed and responded promptly to e-mails and calls. Most of all, when traveling overseas for our first time, it was such a comfort to know that if anything went wrong, we could call Victoria for help!

Victoria was extremely helpful when booking our trip to Cabo. She took every bit of stress away and also the anxiety that would have came with worrying we were going to forget to do something. Victoria was super easy to work with and answered any of the questions we had. She made everything super easy from the booking process to the days leading up to the trip. She laid everything out perfectly via email and left you with no questions. With the questions that you did have she was just a phone call or text away. This was our first time out of the country and things couldn't have been smoother for us!

Unforgettable Anniversary in French Polynesia
Hands down the best trip we have ever taken. We knew the destination was going to be amazing, but I had no idea where to start. I tried looking at the pre-packaged trips with random tour companies, but it wasn’t the duration I wanted, and I didn’t think I would be getting my money worth. I reached out to Victoria and discussed what I was looking for. She had great recommendations and had traveled there herself. She gave me options with prices, listened to my thoughts and together we made tweaks until it was the perfect agenda, price and locations. She arranged everything and it was all laid out in perfect order. I felt so comfortable while we were there. All of the destinations knew we were celebrating our anniversary and they were all so very amazing! I never could have done this myself. We got the trip of a lifetime and it was not stressful for me. Couples Trip to Hotel Xcaret Arte
