Eileen was great - she found the right hotels for me to stay at (budget-wise and distance-wise) from the convention I was attending in Las Vegas, I didn’t have to do any research on airfares or hotels - she did everything. All I had to do was pack. She also suggested she could get me transportation to and from the hotels and airports.

Eileen planned a 27 day trip for us in just 10 days! Eileen was easy to talk to and readily available whenever we needed anything! This was our bucket list trip which included driving the coast of California, going to Hawaii, and seeing the Grand Canyon. Everything went so smoothly from the flights, to the car rentals and the hotels!! And Eileen stayed within our budget! We loved every car and hotel which included ocean view rooms as requested. My husband and I worked with Eileen Blum to book a long overdue honeymoon after postponing our wedding from December 2020 to December 2021! At first we weren't sure where to go since we wanted to visit a place we hadn't ever been. After talking with Eileen, she helped guide us and recommended Sandals Grenada. Prior to the trip she also made sure that we were up to speed on the ever changing Covid protocols that were still in place at the time. Sandals Grenada did not disappoint, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventures, which is what we were seeking. We even met a few couples there who we still communicate with. We are so grateful to have worked with Eileen during this time and that she told us about Grenada. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon! Hopefully one day we will go back and visit again. Eileen, of The Jet Set Brunette, was such a pleasure to work with. For our Girls Getaway, Eileen listened to all of our interests and needs for planning our trip. She was extremely helpful and so quick to respond to our many questions and concerns, especially as we are traveling with restrictions, due to covid, throughout the world. Eileen worked hard to give us the best vacation, and it showed! We were originally looking for an inexpensive hotel room, but Eileen was able to work her magic, and got us a room with pool/ocean view for just a few dollars more. It was great! She also sent us information on sightseeing tours and excursions, while we were on our trip. We will absolutely work with Eileen (The Jet Set Brunette) for our future vacations!

We've booked two trips with Eileen. A Viking River Cruise and an NCL Caribbean Cruise. Where to start.... Eileen is amazing!Our trip (30+ in the group) could have very well been a disaster. Cancelled two years in row due to Covid. So many arrangements made, cancelled, and then rearranged due to dates etc. Eileen was with us every step of the way. Outstanding communication, coordination, etc. COVID restrictions, requirements a nightmare but Eileen handled EVERYTHING! Above and beyond and took on so much of the stress and responsibility upon herself to make our trip great! She is the best!

Aruba Vacation

Eileen was very energetic and worked to make sure the vacation was a successful good time for all. We had a group of 16 and everybody had a great time. Eileen had everything in order so we didn't have to worry about anything while on vacation. We were able to enjoy our vacation. Eileen was diligent when planning the vacation and saved us substantial money as well.

Eileen, as always, is a pleasure to work with! She helped us nail down the best price for our preferred resort in Los Cabos and helped with room type changes when requested (she also found a better rate!)She was always prompt in her responses to any questions of the many emails I sent and even set up some nice, special touches for us before and when we arrived to our room. I would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking to book a vacation and will definitely be using Eileen again in the future!
