Natalie was very helpful & knowledgeable about Hawaii. What a traveler will get from Natalie is personal & friendly service. She was organized & followed through w/date deadlines regarding down payments, etc. She kept an eye on our airline reservations & when something came up about our seating, she called the airline immediately & corrected this. Her hotel recommendation was amazing not to mention her ideas on excursions! She helped us create memories of a lifetime!

COVID delayed our Alaskan cruise with my husband's three brothers and their wives for almost two years. But for Natalie, I don't think we would have been able to make our cruise a reality this past September. Natalie's passion and commitment for what she does, her genuine desire to make people's dreams become a reality, her dependability, honesty, excellent follow-up, knowledge of the travel industry, calm demeanor, flexibility, collaborative nature, and high level for attention to detail ... I know, sounds too good to be true but Natalie is the real thing. Coordinating travel plans for eight people numerous times during the two-year period was a nightmare for Natalie, but the end result was a travel/lodging/cruise with absolutely not one hitch. Natalie remained calm and diligent throughout it all. Natalie also was my husband's travel agent for a USA/London/Paris trip he took with our son and grandson which, like our Alaskan cruise, resulted in not one hitch!

We asked Natalie to help us plan a trip to Washington, DC with our granddaughters. We needed flights, lodging, and possible tours. We were concerned about the flights because we were flying out from different airports. Natalie shared with us her wisdom on connecting for the second leg of the trip. Everything went beautifully! We arrived 30 minutes before the girls did. Such bright faces getting off the plane and seeing us. The flights at the end of the trip went just as smoothly with the girls loading before us.
Natalie had tours available that we did not use because of shortage of time for all of it. Can't wait to have her plan a big trip...maybe a family reunion.

I would highly recommend Natalie with Truffles and Travels. This was our family’s first time traveling to Hawaii and Natalie was so helpful in planning our trip. She sat down with us and listened to our interests and recommended where to stay and what excursions to do. Everything was perfect!

The best part of working with Natalie was the great customer service. Our early morning flight out of Wichita was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. We called Natalie and she immediately was on the phone rescheduling our flights and notifying the hotel and others to re-book our excursions that we were missing due to the delay. If that wasn’t enough, Natalie went over and above working with the travelers insurance company to get us a refund for the hotel and excursion costs we were out due to our delay. The insurance company initially denied our claim but Natalie was persistent by calling the airline to get the information needed to get our claim refunded.
