I have graduated from the College of Disney Knowledge, am a certified Sandals and Beaches Resort Specialist, completed the AM Resorts Master Agent training, Palace Resort Pro Agent training, Virgin Voyages First Mate Gold Tier training, and the Universal Orlando Resort Agent Training program.

I myself travel to new destinations, resorts,  and cruise itineraries frequently to add to my personal experience and expertise. This also ensures  I am up to date with the latest rules, restrictions, resort updates, etc.
